After the man threw the packages over, he rushed to a car, mistakenly thinking it was his own. At that moment, prison staff approached him. The very car he had arrived in then pulled up behind them, which became the final nail in the coffin of his "innocence.""Prison staff work around the clock. We will not give rest to those who try to violate the regime. We will strictly suppress such cases," said Kuanysh Konzhanov, the head of the Correctional Institution No. 18 of the Committee of the Correctional System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.During the arrest, three packages tightly wrapped in tape with a specific herbal smell were found and seized.
