As part of the "Auyl - El Besigi" program, the building of the FAP in Zabelovka village, Zhitikarinsky district, is undergoing major repairs in the amount of 93.4 million tenge. Since 2024, major repairs of the maternity hospital building No. 1 of the Kostanay Regional Hospital in the amount of 1,033.5 million tenge, the building of the Sarykol District Hospital in the amount of 1,705.2 million tenge have been ongoing. In December 2022, a stroke center in the village of Auliekol was commissioned in the territory of the Auliekol district, which was damaged by fire, at the expense of sponsorship funds (Bulat Utemuratov Charitable Foundation, investment volume of more than 1.1 billion tenge), and a paramedic and obstetric center was also built in the village of Amankaragai (NAK Development LLP, investment volume, more than 125.0 million tenge).  At the expense of sponsorship funds, a paramedic and obstetric center was also built in Novopokrovka village of Uzunkol district, with a total cost of 40.0 million tenge.At the same time, these medical facilities were transferred to the balance of the State Institution "Health Department of the Akimat of Kostanay region".In addition, as part of the implementation of the National Project "Modernization of Rural Healthcare", a 3-year project for the overhaul of the maternity hospital building of the Arkalyk Regional Hospital is continuing from 2023.The total cost is 1.2 billion tenge (2023 – 442.8 million tenge, 2024 – 279.8 million tenge, 2025 – 469.0 million tenge).Ongoing repairs of healthcare facilities From 2022 to 2024, 87 facilities totaling 2.1 billion tenge were covered by ongoing repairs. In 2025, it is planned to carry out ongoing repairs at 21 facilities in the amount of 883.2 million tenge.Systematic work on updating and expanding the medical infrastructure makes healthcare in the region more accessible, modern and focused on the needs of people, both in the city and in the most remote villages.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/kostanay/press/news/details/1034405?lang=kk

A bilateral meeting was held in Jeddah between the representative of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Advisor to the Prime Minister Mr. Nurlan Baibazarov, and the President of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), Dr. Muhammad Sulaiman Al Jasser.During the negotiations, the parties discussed opportunities for deepening cooperation in financing priority infrastructure projects in Kazakhstan. Particular attention was given to the development of engineering and transport infrastructure in Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and Industrial Zones (IZs). A key outcome of the meeting was the agreement to attract financing of up to $1.1 billion from the Islamic Development Bank to implement these objectives.In addition to the reached agreements, a Letter of Intent was signed between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Islamic Development Bank. The document reflects the mutual commitment of the parties to practically work out financing mechanisms for projects in SEZs and IZs using Islamic finance instruments.The implementation of this cooperation is expected to give a strong impetus to the country’s infrastructure development, attract over 1.6 trillion tenge in investments, and create more than 16,000 jobs, thereby contributing to the accelerated industrialization and economic diversification of Kazakhstan.This initiative continues the course set by the Framework Program Agreement on Strategic Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the IsDB, signed on June 25, 2024. Under this agreement, the parties confirmed their intention to implement investment projects totaling more than $8 billion.The first phase of implementation was the Climate-Resilient Water Resources Development Project, for which the IsDB provided a $1.15 billion loan — the largest in the Bank's history. The funds are allocated for the construction and reconstruction of eight reservoirs and the modernization of 115 irrigation canals with a total length of over 3,600 kilometers. Abu Dhabi, July 14, 2025 – Kazakh Ambassador to the UAE Rauan Zhumabek met with Chairman of the UAE Supreme Court Muhammad Hamad Al-Badi.The Kazakh diplomat noted that important reforms are being carried out in the country aimed at modernizing the judicial system, additions and amendments have been made to the current legislation and noted that these works are aimed at expanding the institutional capabilities of citizens and businesses to protect their rights and legitimate interests.In turn, Muhammad al-Badie expressed interest in developing cooperation between the two countries in the field of the judicial system and wished the successful implementation of ongoing reforms in this important area.The sides also exchanged views on judicial protection of citizens' rights, ensuring the rule of law and increasing confidence in the courts.At the meeting, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan presented Muhammad Hamad al-Badi with an invitation letter from Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan E.Azimova to the forum "Peace and Future through Law" dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which will be held on September 12 this year.The UAE Supreme Court was founded on December 2, 1971. It consists of a Chairman appointed by the President of the country and 32 judges. This structure, as the Highest Court in the country, hears cases received from lower courts, as well as cases of particular importance to the federal authorities.
