Услышав мелодии боевой молодости, ветеран растрогался до слез.Иван Федорович Макеев родился 10 июля 1927 года. В ноябре 1944 года был призван в армию, окончил снайперскую школу. Его подразделение направили на восточные рубежи Советского Союза, где назревала угроза со стороны Японии. Там Иван Макеев принял участие в боях на территории Монголии и Китая – в районе Харбина и Мукдена. Несмотря на ранение, он выжил и прошел боевой путь до конца.После окончания боевых действий продолжил службу в Находке. Демобилизован был только в 1951 году. Всю дальнейшую жизнь Иван Федорович посвятил службе в системе МВД. Коллеги вспоминают его как честного, принципиального и справедливого человека.Сегодня Иван Федорович живет с дочерью Ольгой, которая окружила его заботой и вниманием. У ветерана также есть сын – капитан дальнего плавания. Customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, one of the key tasks of which is the protection of national and economic security, life and health of citizens, inform about an important change in the legislation.New Law: Ban on import, production and sale of vape devicesOn April 19, 2024 the Head of State signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On introducing amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on health issues”, which came into force on June 20, 2024.This Law introduces significant amendments to the Code of the RK “On the Health of the People and the Health Care System”. In order to comply with the Committee's instructions, the arrears of the recipients of overpayments as of 2023 amounted to KZT 211,706,614, currently — KZT 86,687,447, which means that 59% of the funds have been returned to the budget. In addition, in accordance with the risk assessment criteria of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the Field of Social Protection of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the first half of 2025, a preventive inspection of the branch of JSC "State Social Insurance Fund" in Atyrau region was conducted. No violations were detected by the branch. In the first half of 2025, 262 documents of recipients of pension payments with the same work experience were checked, no matches were found. 463 requests were received in the first half of this year for citizens who worked in Kazakhstan during the Soviet Union and moved to the CIS countries in order to confirm their work experience when assigning pensions, including: • 176 sent to the archive, • 169 — confirmed work experience and submitted documents. In the period from January to June of this year, the Pension and social Security Department received 134 applications, of which: • Administrative acts have been adopted on 53 appeals, including: o 35 — positive, o 18 — burdensome; • 39 requests, • 25 redirected, • 7 terminated. All requests during the reporting period were answered within the established time frame. On July 1, applications for the annual award competition for non-governmental organizations began. The NGO Award is aimed at providing institutional support to strengthen the capacity of organizations and increase motivation to implement socially significant projects. The prize is awarded in 16 socially significant areas. The amount of the premium for one direction is 2000 MCI. It is worth noting that over the past 8 years, 486 non-governmental organizations have been able to demonstrate their contribution to solving socially significant problems and receive an award.
