The United Nations Public Service Forum 2025 (UNPSF) on the theme ‘Five Years to 2030: Accelerating Public Service Delivery for a Sustainable Future’, organised by the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was held in Samarkand from 23-25 June 2025.The Forum brought together some 1,000 participants from Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America - ministers, senior government officials, representatives of international organisations, academia, civil society, the private sector and digital innovators.Kazakhstan was represented by S. Muximov, Deputy Chairman of the Public Service Agency, A. Zholmanov, Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and T. On July 2, 2025, as part of the celebration of the National Day of Dombra in Kokshetau, the Museum of Literature and Art hosted the regional kuishi competition "Kumbirle, dombra!", dedicated to the 205th anniversary of the great Kazakh composer-kuishi Dauletkery Shygayuly and the 210th anniversary of the national composer-kuishi, dombrist Tattimbet Kazangapuly. It was organized by the State Committee for Cultural Cooperation "Regional Center for Folk Art and Cultural Leisure" under the Department of Culture of the Akmola region.The purpose of the competition was to preserve and popularize the art of kuya as a genre of folk art, the musical heritage of Dauletkerei Shygayuli and Tattimbet Kazangapuli, as well as the promotion of dombra as an integral part of the history of the Kazakh people, improving the professional skills of performers, sharing experiences and identifying new talents.The jury included the conductor of the orchestra of Kazakh folk instruments named after K. Kumisbekov of the Akmola Regional Philharmonic named after Ukili Ibrai, the owner of the badge "Madeniyet salasyn uzdigi" Ruslan Koishybayev, teachers of the Birzhan Sal Music College, winners of republican competitions Sayat Babayev and Bauyrzhan Baltin.The competition consisted of two stages: qualifying and final. The participants of the competition were 7 kuishi from the districts of Birzhan Sal, Atbasar, Zhaksy, Shortandy, Korgalzhyn and the city of Kokshetau, Akmola region. The contestants performed works by Dauletkerei Shygayuli and Tattimbet Kazangapuli, outstanding composers of the Kazakh people.According to the results of the competition, Nurbolat Sakhy from Korgalzhyn district took the first prize. The second place went to Omirbek Madina from the city of Kokshetau. On July 26-27, the Regional Center for Folk Art and Cultural Leisure under the Department of Culture of the Akmola region held a regional competition "Uzdik uyymdastyrushy".The main goal of the competition is to improve the professional skills of club employees, as well as create conditions for the exchange of experience. Он отметил, что социальные предприниматели могут воспользоваться инструментом портфельного субсидирования: льготная ставка по кредитам составляет 11,3%, а максимальная сумма займа - до 200 млн тенге.Кроме того, с 2024 года система предоставления государственных грантов была переориентирована в пользу именно социального предпринимательства. Теперь финансирование в размере до 5 млн тенге получают только социальные предприятия и финалисты проекта «Одно село – один продукт», вне зависимости от сектора деятельности. По данным на 30 июня, уже выдано 19 таких грантов на общую сумму 91 млн тенге. Всего же за 2024 год было предоставлено 290 грантов на 1,3 млрд тенге.Государственная поддержка также включает субсидирование ранее выданных кредитов. С момента запуска программы субсидии были предоставлены по 61 проекту, общий объем кредитования достиг 8,3 млрд тенге, из которых 617,1 млн тенге покрыты в виде субсидий.В завершение встречи Асан Дарбаев поблагодарил участников за конструктивный диалог и выразил готовность Министерства к дальнейшему взаимодействию.
