Probation Officer Rescues Family from Fire 25.06.2025
Thanks to the swift actions of a probation officer in the Akkayin district, a potential tragedy was averted during a nighttime fire.On June 9, 2025, at around 3:00 a.m. in the village of Smirnovo, Akkayin district, a fire broke out that could have ended in disaster if not for the decisive intervention of the officer.Senior Inspector of the Probation Service Department for Akkayin District under the North Kazakhstan Regional Department of the Penal Enforcement System, Captain of Justice Darkhan Bekbulatov, was at home when he heard noises resembling gunshots. Upon stepping outside, he noticed plumes of smoke and immediately headed toward the source of the fire. He discovered that a bathhouse attached to a residential home was in flames, and the fire had already begun to spread to the main building.Captain Bekbulatov quickly contacted the fire department dispatcher and provided the exact address of the incident. Before firefighters arrived, he took matters into his own hands: he woke the house’s residents—two young children, their mother, and her partner—and safely evacuated them.At the same time, the officer cordoned off the area around the fire to prevent passersby from approaching and risking injury. He also took steps to contain the fire using available materials, trying to stop it from spreading to nearby buildings. Thanks to the coordinated and timely actions of Darkhan Bekbulatov, all family members were saved, no lives were lost, and property damage was minimized. The fire brigade arrived promptly and extinguished the blaze. The cause of the fire was a violation of fire safety regulations related to the installation of the heating stove, specifically improper fireproof separation. The rescued family expressed heartfelt gratitude to their savior for his courage and selflessness.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/duissko/press/news/details/1021016?lang=kk
Встреча с новой жизнью начинается у ворот 25.06.2025
A New Life Begins at the GateA special event was held at Institution No. 51 as part of the social project "Meeting at the Gate." On this day, three inmates were released from prison. Waiting to greet them were their family members, loved ones, and friends — those who had waited, supported, and believed in them throughout their journey. Also present were representatives from the Ayyrtau District Probation Service and the Career Center. Conversations were held with the released individuals, during which they were offered current job vacancies as well as assistance with employment and social reintegration. One particularly touching story stood out: one of the released individuals arrived at the facility without a single identity document. With the support of the institution’s staff, he was able to restore his ID, and today, he walks out of the gates not only with hope, but with a real opportunity to start life anew. The event was also attended by the Deputy Head of the Institution, Kuanish Ashkenov. He personally spoke with the families of the released individuals, answered their concerns, and emphasized the vital role of family support in helping former inmates reintegrate into society. The "Meeting at the Gate" project clearly demonstrates that the first step toward a new life is support and belief. Behind this is the meaningful and dedicated work of the institution’s staff, aimed at helping inmates understand the value of freedom, reflect on their past, and confidently take their first steps toward rehabilitation.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/duissko/press/news/details/1021021?lang=kk

On the launch of a pilot test of the "Digital Assistant to the Investigator" 25.06.2025
Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/pravstat/press/news/details/1021167?lang=kk

A park near the theater named after him will be improved in Almaty. Musrepova 25.06.2025
In Almaty, near the theater named after Musrepova will have a new square with interactive lights and swingsAkim of Almaty inspected projects under the "Budget of Public Participation" program in Almaly districtDuring a working tour of Almaly district, Akim of Almaty Darkhan Satybaldy visited the park named after him. Imanova, where the current repairs are being carried out. New paving stones have already been laid, outdoor furniture has been updated, and a pergola has been installed. At the request of residents, a playground and a dog-walking area were set up here last year.Nearby there is a park adjacent to the Musrepov Young Spectator Theater. The mayor of the megalopolis got acquainted with its condition – a major renovation is planned here. Architect Nelly Lapteva presented to the head of the city a project for future landscaping. It includes modern lighting, the installation of a playground, pergolas with swings, as well as the reconstruction of existing recreation areas.During the presentation, the mayor stressed that it is important to link the landscaping of the space with the theatrical theme, by analogy with the design of the territory of the Kazakh National Drama Theater named after M. Auezov. In turn, the architect noted that this approach is already embedded in the concept: the lighting will not only be functional, but interactive, with elements of play for a children's audience. For example, light structures will react to movement, and when approaching, they will light up, creating the effect of moving objects. At the end of the detour, the mayor inspected the courtyard along Gogol Street, where the infrastructure is being updated as part of the "Budget of National Participation" program. Darkhan Satybaldy talked with the residents and asked their opinion on the progress of the work. The residents of Almaty noted that their proposals were taken into account, and the quality of landscaping meets expectations.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/almaty-almaly/press/news/details/1020845?lang=kk

In addition, under the Silver Age and Social Jobs programs, the state continues to subsidize part of the wages for certain categories of citizens, which helps maintain social stability. The entrepreneurial direction is also actively developing. More than 7 million tenge are allocated for providing grants for socially vulnerable groups of the population, which allows residents of the district to start their own business. The program "With a diploma to the village" does not lose its relevance: this year it is planned to issue 9 loans worth more than 84 million tenge and 40 lifting allowances worth more than 15 million tenge. These measures help retain young specialists in rural areas. In parallel, work is underway to organize job fairs. In 2024, 10 such events were held, in which more than 400 people took part. In 2025, 4 fairs have already been held, including one regional one, with the participation of 12 employers and 45 job seekers.
