Guardsman Prevents Prisoner Escape 29.07.2025
Thanks to the professionalism and vigilance of a serviceman of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an attempted escape by a convicted inmate was prevented in Karaganda.Private Myrsalim Ryskulov, a serviceman of military unit 6505, was on duty at Post No. 9 guarding Correctional Facility No. 29 when he noticed an inmate attempting to escape. Quickly assessing the situation, he immediately reported the incident to the guard commander via communication channels, sounded the alarm, and fired a warning shot into the air.The guardsman’s prompt and decisive actions were effective — the inmate ceased his escape attempt. Within minutes, a response unit arrived and detained the offender, fully stabilizing the situation.The unit’s command praised Private Ryskulov's actions as a demonstration of the high level of responsibility, composure, and professional training typical of National Guard servicemen.Thanks to his competent response, a serious violation was prevented and the security of the guarded facility was maintained. Since the beginning of the year, KZT1,575.45 billion of contributions have been received into individual and conditional pension accounts of depositors, which is 19.8% (or KZT260.05 billion) more than the same period last year.Since the beginning of the year as of 01.07.2025, KZT1,294.56 billion have been received into individual pension savings accounts (IPSA) for CPC accounting (compared to the same period last year, the CPC volume increased by 11.7%), COPC - KZT67.87 billion (an increase of 19.8%), VPC - KZT1.38 billion. Futsal Tournament Held Among criminally-executive System Officers in North Kazakhstan Region 28.07.2025
In an effort to promote a healthy lifestyle and strengthen corporate spirit, a futsal tournament was held in the North Kazakhstan Region, organized by the Department of criminally-executive system. The sports event brought together teams from five institutions: Facilities No. 48, 50, 52, 66, and the Department's own representative team.The tournament commenced with the performance of the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Colonel of Justice Kanat Suleimenov addressed the participants with a welcoming speech, emphasizing that such events not only enhance the physical fitness of officers but also reinforce discipline, team spirit, and mutual support.Throughout the intense and dynamic matches, the teams showcased a high level of training, unity, and determination to win. The highlight of the tournament was the final match between Facilities No. 48 and No. 66, which ended with a score of 3:2 in favor of Facility No. 48. As a result, the team from Facility No. 48 earned the honorable first place. Facility No. 66 took second place, while the Department's team secured third.In addition to team results, the organizers also recognized the best players in individual categories. On April 2026, a meeting of the district maslikhat's standing committee on social policy, public education, healthcare, culture, historical heritage protection, and youth affairs was held, chaired by A.U. The deputies considered the issue of "Implementing the 'With a Diploma to the Village' program to provide social support measures in the form of a budget loan and a relocation allowance for the reporting period and plans for 2026."The deputies heard and discussed the report of N.V. Timashova, head of the Mendykarinsky District Department of Economics and Budget Planning. The "With a Diploma to the Village" program has been implemented since 2009. Its main goal is to address the labor shortage in rural areas. Under this state project, young professionals are provided with a starting allowance of 100 MCI and social support in the form of a budget loan for the purchase or construction of housing.
