From November 1 to 2, the city of Kostanay hosted the 15th International Hand-to-Hand Combat Tournament dedicated to the memory of World Champion and Police Major Ruslan Mukanov. He instructed to take specific measures to expand areas of water-efficient crops, introduce water-saving technologies, strengthen preparations for the upcoming planting season, and ensure investment into fixed assets in agriculture, forestry and fisheries.Additionally, on the second agenda item, the Head of the District Department of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, Galym Erzhanov, outlined plans for the development of sports infrastructure and support of mass sports in the district.
