A dairy farm for 1,100 heads has been opened in the Kobetey village in the Nurinsky district of the Karaganda region. The facility is equipped according to European standards and will become one of the largest in the region.The investment project was implemented by Ramadan MF LLP together with the agricultural enterprise Chernigovskoe & Co. At full capacity, about 9 thousand tons of milk will be delivered per year. From May 12 to June 1, 2025, a large-scale sporting event is taking place in the region — the regional Spartakiad among civil servants. This event is held in accordance with the Unified Regional Calendar of Sports and Mass Events.The main goal of the Spartakiad is to strengthen the corporate spirit and popularize a healthy lifestyle among civil servants. Through sports competitions, the authorities strive not only to improve the image of the civil service, but also to create conditions for regular physical education and sports, as well as to establish interaction between government agencies.This year, the competitions are taking place at four locations: the cities of Kostanay, Lisakovsk, Tobyl and the Auliekol district. The program includes nine sports: mini-football, volleyball, togyzkumalak, table tennis, swimming, chess, Kazakh kuresi, tug-of-war and 3x3 basketball.Each sport has its own characteristics. For example, in mini-football, teams of 12 people will compete for prizes in Tobyl from May 30 to June 1. Volleyball players will meet in Kostanay on May 12-13 — each team must have two women on the court. A new service has been launched on the eGov.kz portal that allows guardians and trustees to obtain permission to manage the property and social benefits of their wards. This service is intended for the legal representatives of adult citizens who have been declared legally incompetent or have limited legal capacity by a court. The service is provided free-of-charge and allows to obtain official permission to dispose of the wards' assets.Thanks to integration with government agencies' information systems, the electronic application process has become easier. If the necessary information has already been digitized, it is uploaded automatically when the application is being filled out, reducing the risk of errors and eliminating the need to re-enter data.To get the service, the user needs to:sign in to the eGov.kz portal and go to "For citizenry" - "Social security provision" - "Family assistance (support)" section;select the service "Issuance of a permit for the disposal of property, withdrawal of pensions, allowances, social benefits received by an incapacitated or partially incapacitated adult, and alienation of property of citizens recognized by a court decision as incapacitated or partially incapacitated" and click "Request Online";fill-in the required fields;select one of the order types, fill in the required fields, then click Next;sign an application using one of the available signing methods.Following the review of your application, you will receive an electronic order or substantiated refusal in your personal account.
