Madi Takiyev, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan visited the construction sites of four Kazakhstani health resort facilities during a working trip to Kyrgyzstan.The Minister reviewed the current condition of the facilities, the development of their infrastructure, and the progress of investment projects aimed at modernizing them and improving their efficiency.Special attention was given to the construction of the “Kazakhstan” health resort. It was noted that construction work is proceeding according to the approved schedule, with construction and installation work scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of the current year. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a bike ride and a team-building event with the participation of employees of the central office, committees and subordinate organizations of the departments.    The event was held on the eve of the entry into force of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was aimed at popularizing its key values   - the rule of law, state responsibility, protecting the rights of citizens and business, the unity of society and serving the interests of the country.The new Constitution sets a new level of requirements for state institutions. This is of particular importance for the system of the Ministry of Finance, since the trust of citizens, the stability of business, the transparency of budget processes and the investment attractiveness of the country directly depend on the quality of the work of financial, tax, customs, treasury and control bodies. One of the important constitutional guidelines is to strengthen guarantees for the protection of the rights of citizens, entrepreneurs and investors, including the responsibility of state bodies and their officials for illegal decisions, actions or inaction. Young people who successfully confirmed their solvency received apartments in a multi-story residential building on the left bank.At the initiative of the Head of State, the UN General Assembly declared 2026 the "International Year of Volunteers for Sustainable Development."
