II Молодежный форум тюркского мира, организованный Международной организацией тюркской культуры ТЮРКСОЙ, состоялся в Бишкеке. С 21 по 27 октября в Китае проходит IX Пекинский балетный конкурс и Форум Пекинской академии танца в рамках Всемирного альянса танцевального образования (World Dance Education Alliance).Казахстан на конкурсе представил студент Казахской национальной академии хореографии Абильмансур Сырманов. В финале он завоевал золотую медаль, исполнив вариацию Альберта из балета А. В городе Сергеевка района Шал акын Северо-Казахстанской области открыли первый в Казахстане районный креативный IT-центр Esil.AI, который станет частью единой сети регионального хаба Qyzyljar Creative Center.Центр призван развивать цифровую грамотность, IT-предпринимательство и инновационное мышление среди жителей сельских районов.Открытие Esil.AI стало частью регионального проекта Digital Keruen, направленного на вовлечение сельского населения в креативную экономику, развитие технологического предпринимательства и создание новых рабочих мест.IT-центр разместился в здании районной библиотеки и занимает два этажа общей площадью 134 квадратных метра. В Государственном историко-культурном музее-заповеднике «Есік» состоялась VI Международная научно-практическая конференция «Есік оқулары» на тему «Международные исследования в области археологии: опыт, результаты и приоритетные направления».В мероприятии приняли участие учёные и специалисты из Казахстана, Китая, Великобритании, России, Узбекистана, Кыргызстана, Таджикистана, Турции и Азербайджана.Конференция приурочена сразу к нескольким важным датам: 55-летию со дня обнаружения Золотого человека, 15-летию основания музея-заповедника «Есік» и 90-летию археолога и исследователя Бекмуханбета Нурмуханбетова.В рамках мероприятия председатель Комитета культуры Министерства культуры и информации РК Ерлан Дакенов отметил, что сегодня в стране ведётся последовательная работа по изучению, сохранению и популяризации историко-культурного наследия, и важную роль в этом процессе играют подобные научные площадки.С момента основания музей активно развивается как научно-исследовательский центр, выступая площадкой для международного сотрудничества. В преддверии Дня Республики с 16 по 25 октября по всей стране проходит масштабная акция «Жанашыр жүрек», направленная на развитие гражданской активности, поддержку нуждающихся и укрепление культуры доброты и взаимопомощи. В Алматы в рамках инициативы уже реализовано более 20 добрых дел. Одно из них – акция «Qamqor bol», в ходе которой волонтеры раздали бездомным людям горячие напитки и еду. В доме престарелых добровольцы провели творческий вечер, подарив внимание и заботу пожилым людям. В области Жетісу волонтеры приняли участие в различных благотворительных акциях. He emphasized the importance of intensifying the work of the Ibrai Zhakhayev Rice Research Institute, training qualified specialists in science, and engaging graduates of educational institutions in the field.It was noted that justifying the President's trust is a shared goal, and therefore work in this area must be systematic and effective. Nurlybek Mashbekovich stated that the implementation of all these instructions will be closely monitored and called for joint and responsible implementation of the assigned tasks.Thanks to annual state funding, agricultural production over the past eight months amounted to 66 billion 900 million tenge, a 2.5 percent increase compared to the same period last year. Chaired by the regional akim, Nurlybek Nalibayev, the Senate Committee on Finance and Budget held an off-site meeting to discuss the implementation of the budget process in accordance with the requirements of the updated legislation.The meeting was attended by Sultanbek Makezhanov, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance and Budget; Gulyorom Mullabayeva, Director of the Budget Policy Department of the Ministry of National Economy; and Seilkhan Ismagulov, Director of the Budget Planning Department of the Ministry of Finance.The regional leader emphasized the objective of rational planning and effective budget allocation, as outlined in the President's instruction.«As is known, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich set objectives for effective planning, targeted allocation, and allocation of budget funds. As a result of the analysis and monitoring measures for the targeted use of funds allocated from the regional budget for social services in 2023-2025, approximately 100 billion tenge were saved.
