  Five schools will be built using returned assets 14.10.2025
 Funds returned to the budget will finance the construction of five schools, totaling 8.2 billion tenge. This was announced by regional governor Nurlybek Nalibayev at a ceremony dedicated to Teacher's Day.«In 2022-2024, 812 billion 245 million tenge have been allocated from the budget to ensure quality education. Last year, 13 educational institutions were opened using all funding sources, totaling 31.8 billion tenge. As part of the national «Keleshek Mektepteri» project, initiated by the Head of State, the construction and commissioning of 10 schools is underway, totaling 54.4 billion tenge», - the regional akim said.It is worth noting that, starting in 2023, additional buildings for 2,900 students have been built using the regional budget, totaling 5.7 billion tenge. Thus, the problem of three-shift schools has been completely resolved.Through the Education Support Fund, the «Bilim-Innovation» boarding school for physics and mathematics was built and handed over for use at a cost of 8.4 billion tenge. This fund is also supporting the construction of a modern 150-student school in the village of Mergensai in the Aral District, at a cost of 2.333 billion tenge. It will be commissioned in November of this year.With sponsorship funds, a new school costing 500 million tenge was built to replace a dilapidated school in the village of Tokabai in the Aral District, which was officially opened.In accordance with the President's directive, 51 schools in the region will undergo major renovations over the next three years. This year, 2.4 billion tenge was allocated from the regional budget for these purposes, thanks to which nine schools have been renovated. Over the past three years, 15 schools have undergone major renovations at a cost of 5.3 billion tenge. 2.6 billion tenge has been allocated for ongoing repairs starting in 2022.  A modern, year-round children's health camp with 300 seats is being built in Presidential Park at a cost of 10 billion tenge.   Kyzylorda's heating system is being modernized 14.10.2025
 Today, at the direction of the regional akim, Deputy Akim Bakhyt Zhakhanov inspected the city's preparations for the heating season.Preparations for the upcoming important campaign are proceeding in accordance with the approved action plan.At the Kyzylorda Combined Heat and Power Plant, modernization of one generator and four power transformers has been completed. Ten steam boilers and 20 independent boilers have also been repaired.Six projects are being implemented to modernize the network in Kyzylorda. The work will be fully completed before the start of the heating season, providing more than 81,000 residents with a stable heat supply.To date, 909 multi-story residential buildings and 1,079 social facilities connected to the centralized heating system are fully operational. The upcoming season will require 139,000 tons of coal, of which 117,000 tons are earmarked for household needs and 22,000 tons for social facilities. The new facility meets international standards and UEFA requirements and is equipped with the latest modern equipment.The total area of the sports facility is 20,000 square meters. In addition to the football pitch, it includes facilities for boxing, three types of wrestling (judo, Greco-Roman, and freestyle), fitness, artistic gymnastics, taekwondo, and weightlifting. All the necessary conditions have been created to ensure high-quality customer service year-round.The three-story building has the following layout: the ground floor houses training halls, the second floor houses administrative offices, and the third floor houses rooms for athletes and halls for large meetings.The stadium is ready to host large-scale international games. On the eve of the opening ceremony, the new stadium's football pitch underwent FIFA testing and received the highest category QUALITY PRO certificate.Today, the final Cup was presented to city residents at the Arai City Mall shopping center. Residents of the region will be able to see the trophy at the shopping center until October 4.The Kyzylorda Arena multi-sports complex is also under construction in the regional capital. It will include a 50-meter Olympic-standard swimming pool, a 2,500-seat arena suitable for hosting World and Asian Championships, and training facilities for Olympic sports. Construction is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2026.Regarding the extensive work undertaken to develop sports in the region, it is worth noting that 20 sports complexes have opened over the past three years.   Veterans got acquainted with city facilities 14.10.2025
 In honor of the International Day of Elders, celebrated on October 1, veterans of the region toured production and infrastructure projects, as well as the operation of existing facilities.First, they visited the «Syr Zhuldyzdary» Creative and Innovative Academy. This modern center can accommodate 500 students at a time, and up to 3,000 per day. It features a swimming pool, fitness and gymnastics rooms, table tennis, martial arts, and board game rooms. Additionally, there are classrooms for painting, drawing, arts and crafts, robotics, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, 3D modeling, eSports, and mathematics.The next facility was the bakery, confectionery, and pasta production complex of «Kyzylorda-Nan» LLP. Three production facilities are currently operational, and a cookie production facility will soon begin operations. Thirty percent of products are sold through the company's own retail network, with the remainder supplied to the city and rural areas. Five hectares of land have been allocated for the project, and the necessary infrastructure has been installed. The interest rate on the 1.2 billion tenge preferential loan received from Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan is subsidized by the state. Currently, 120 people work here, and in the future, that number will increase to 150.The veterans then toured the construction of a new combined heat and power plant. The 240 MW facility is being built as part of a joint project with the Turkish company «Aksa Energy». Equipment from General Electric (USA), Doosan Skoda (Czech Republic), AC BOILERS (Italy), and Mimsan (Turkey) has been delivered to the plant. Eighty percent of the construction work has been completed, with a gas distribution station and 45 kilometers of gas pipeline already built.   Digital transformation of public finances discussed in Karaganda 14.10.2025

 A civil forum on the topic of «The Role of Civil Society in Rural Development» was held in Kyzylorda. This clearly demonstrates the growth of civic responsibility and social engagement.All districts have councils for interaction and cooperation with non-governmental organizations, as well as expert groups that evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of projects. 190 representatives of non-governmental organizations actively participate in the work of councils and commissions under the akimats.Financial support is provided annually to civil society institutions through government procurement. In 2023-2025, 3 billion 684 million tenge was allocated from the budget under the state social procurement program, 427 social projects are being implemented, and 3,000 people have been employed. Approximately 200 social projects were organized with the participation of rural residents. Most are aimed at providing assistance to socially vulnerable groups, strengthening social harmony and national unity, and promoting employment.«As leaders of public associations, I call on all of you to unite the people on the path to building a Just, Clean, and Safe Kazakhstan, and to work together for the bright future of our sovereign country!» - said N.  The regional akim, Nurlybek Nalibayev, together with the regional prosecutor, R. Ozharov, inspected the work of Institution No. 60 of the Department of the Penitentiary System.Of the 901 inmates housed there, 821 are able to work.With the support of 17 limited liability partnerships and individual entrepreneurs, approximately 300 inmates are employed at the facility's production site. The main activities include the production of metal products, the manufacture of wooden products (astau, dombra, chests, doors), as well as the production of aerated concrete blocks, sand blocks, paving stones, and fired bricks.Konstruktiv LTD LLP has begun construction of the building with funds from the Yebek State Enterprise. To employ special contingents and create new jobs, the construction of a prefabricated modular industrial hangar on a vacant plot of land within Institution No. 60 was considered.With the support of the Kyzylorda Regional Prosecutor's Office, the Department of Penal Corrections, the Baikonur Social Entrepreneurial Corporation, and the republican innovation center program, the Alen Individual Entrepreneur received a repayable loan. These funds were used to install paving stone production equipment, providing jobs for 15 inmates.Dalatex LLC received space in the facility's production area, equipped with 20 sewing machines. Since the foundation's inception, more than 10 billion tenge have been allocated to important social projects in our region.Specifically, 4.8 billion tenge have been allocated to healthcare, which has been used to open «Kamkorlyk» centers at the regional children's hospital, as well as in the Zhanakorgan and Aral districts. High-tech equipment (a linear accelerator) for the effective treatment of oncology will be purchased.Additionally, a center for the socialization of children with autism and other mental disorders will be opened. The center will serve 600 children annually.2 billion 600 million tenge have been allocated for the development of education. As part of the «Auyldyk Aimaqtardagy Tіrek Mektepterdіn Aleuetіn Damytu» project, 2 billion tenge were allocated from 2023 to 2025, resulting in the refurbishment of physics, chemistry, biology, robotics, and computer labs in eight schools, and the participation of rural children in summer camps.The facilities of special boarding schools for children with special educational needs were modernized. As part of the «Bolashak Inzhenerler» project, robotics kits were purchased for nine schools, and specialists in these areas received specialized training. More than 500 students from Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University were given the opportunity to study on the global «Kursera» platform.Next year, projects worth an additional 2 billion tenge will be implemented in the field of education. In particular, the experience of the «Bilim-Innovation» lyceums will be implemented in 50 schools in the region.
