A new profession along with a certificate: how Astana schoolchildren master working professions in colleges 16.01.2025
A project is being implemented in the capital, in which school students can get a working profession along with a certificate. Now it operates in three state colleges of Astana, the official website of the city akimat reports.The project provides an opportunity for students to receive technical and vocational education and relevant diplomas in working professions.Among the educational institutions participating in the project is the Vocational Technical College of the Akimat of Astana. 34 schoolchildren from 10 schools of the capital are already studying here under the new program.The participants were 10th grade students. In the morning, they attend classes at their schools, and after lunch they go to college, where they can master one of three areas: Catering, Maintenance, repair and operation of cars, Sewing and clothing modeling.The entire process of learning working professions takes place from the beginning of the 10th grade to the middle of the 11th.
