Since the beginning of 2025, 59.6 thousand orders from people with disabilities have been fulfilled through the Social Services Portal, including 37 thousand for technical rehabilitation equipment, 4.3 thousand for sign language services, 17.6 thousand for personal assistant services, and 0.7 thousand for sanatorium-resort treatment. Advice on using the portal can be obtained from the support call center at 1414.
The portal allows you to independently choose the manufacturer and supplier of technical equipment and rehabilitation services. The order can be made using the electronic digital signature of the recipient of the service. The ordered technical equipment can be delivered or picked up on your own.
Prosthetic-orthopedic, deaf-technical, typhlotechnical and hygienic equipment, as well as wheelchairs are provided to Kazakhstani citizens with disabilities.
