On the procedure for submitting Form 200 during the transition to a simplified taxation regime 15.04.2026
On the procedure for submitting Form 200 during the transition to a simplified taxation regimeIn connection with the incoming requests from taxpayers, the procedure for submitting tax reports during the transition from a generally established tax regime to a special tax regime based on a simplified declaration is explained.A taxpayer applying a generally established taxation regime has the right to switch to a simplified regime subject to the conditions established by the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This raises the question:What type of form 200 should be submitted — liquidation or regular?According to Article 114 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, tax reporting is divided into the following types:initial;another one;additional information;additional information on notification;liquidation.Liquidation tax reporting is provided only in the following cases::termination of the taxpayer's activity;Reorganizations;de-registration for certain types of taxes. The next tax report is submitted for the relevant tax period as part of the taxpayer's ongoing activities. The transition from a generally established taxation regime to a simplified one does not constitute the termination of a taxpayer's activity and does not entail its liquidation or reorganization.ConclusionIn this regard, when switching to a simplified taxation regime, Form 200 is presented as a regular tax report, rather than a liquidation one.ImportantThe correct definition of the type of tax reporting allows you to avoid technical errors when receiving reports and notifications based on the results of desk control.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/kgd-kostanay/press/news/details/1201559?lang=kk

The majority of applications were processed for the purpose of improving housing conditions - 171,696 applications for a total of USD29.40 million. For the purpose of paying for education, 101,675 applications were processed for a total of USD17.43 million. Recipients of target savings (TS) have the right to use the funds in full or in part, while the unused balance is retained in the target savings account (TSA).The most popular housing improvement program was improving of housing construction savings for further savings (167,776 applications completed, totaling USD28.79 million). Funds were also used as down payments for mortgage loans to purchase housing (1,345 applications, totaling USD214,390), and for the purpose of acquiring housing through civil law transactions (final settlements), totaling 938 applications, totaling USD144,470.Within the framework of the use of targeted savings for education, the largest volume of funds was allocated for the payment of educational services of educational organizations located in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in installments (for each academic period or academic year) or in full at one time (for the entire period of study) (93,586 applications were fulfilled for a total of approximately USD16.32 million). The following areas were also in demand: replenishment of an educational savings deposit under an agreement on an educational savings deposit (5,590 applications were fulfilled for a total of over USD748.76 thousand), payment for educational services of foreign educational organizations in installments (for each academic period or academic year) or in full at one time (for the entire period of study) (2,018 applications were fulfilled for a total of USD294.58 thousand). Detailed information on TS payments for the purpose of improving housing conditions and/or paying for education, broken down by authorized operators and regions, can be found on the website enpf.kz. Let us recall that based on the results of 2025, Kazakhstani children received the next payment in the amount of 130.71 US dollars per child, for 2024 - 129.38 US dollars, and for 2023 - 100.52 US dollars.Children under 18 receive annual payments from the National Fund as targeted benefits. According to law, the amounts accrued to young Kazakhstanis remain part of the National Fund's assets and continue to be invested. Through continued investment, each child's targeted benefit amount increases annually through the investment income received. As a result, the total accumulated target requirement (including the annually accrued investment income) for a child participating in the program:- three years, USD370.56;- two years, USD263.93;- one year, USD130.71.  Parents and other legal representatives can check the child's participation in the program for children under 18 using their individual identification number (IIN) on the kids.enpf.kz website, in their personal account on the eGov.kz e-government portal, and in the eGov Mobile and some second-tier bank mobile apps. If information about target benefits accrued to children for the 2025 reporting year is not displayed, you must update the documents in the mobile apps by following this path:in the eGov Mobile app: "Digital Documents" - "Family" - "Update Document List" - "National Fund Payments";in the mobile apps of second-tier banks, such as Kaspi.kz: "Gosuslugi" - "All Documents" - "Update Document List" - "National Fund Payments." The absence of information on the accrual of target benefits for children who have reached or will reach 18 years of age this year in the legal representative's personal account is due to the fact that target benefits have acquired the status of TS, and therefore access to information about them is provided directly to the TS recipient (a citizen who has reached or will reach 18 years of age in 2026). These individuals must independently obtain information about their TS through their personal account on the ENPF or e-government websites. Upon reaching 18 years of age, they can contact an authorized operator to open a US dollar bank account and submit an online application for TS payment to improve their housing conditions and/or pay for education.Currently, the authorized operators are:Otbasy Bank JSC (for housing and education),Halyk Bank JSC (for education),Bank CenterCredit JSC (for education).Statistics on minor children eligible for targeted assistance and adult recipients of the TS, as well as on the use of the TS for housing and/or education, can be found on the enpf.kz website. You can review the program's terms, get instructions, and get answers to your questions on the website kids.enpf.kz. Interactive online lesson "Scientist, teacher, composer: three facets of Akhmet Zhubanov" 15.04.2026
On April 15, 2026, the East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Development of Education "Örken" of the VKO Department of Education held an educational and integrative lesson in the Google Meet format for schoolchildren of the region. The theme — "Scientist, Teacher, Composer: The Three Facets of Akhmet Zhubanov" — united history and music, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of the contribution of this outstanding figure of Kazakh culture. The hosts were two experienced teachers:Magziyeva Gulzat Kabdeshovna — a history teacher, a teacher-researcher with 28 years of experience;Sarynova Alua Kaldybaevna — a music teacher, a teacher-specialist with 21 years of experience. They masterfully revealed the three facets of Akhmet Zhubanov, showing how one person could simultaneously create, teach, and research. From 1937, Zhubanov was actively engaged in composition. He wrote music for Gabit Musrepov's drama "Kozı Körpeş", Mukhtar Auezov's play "Abai", and the film "Amangeldy". Among his chamber works are the piano cycles "Qazaqtıń jetı qyzy" and "Täjıktıń ony qyzy", and romances for the kobyz. In the 1940s, the beloved folk songs "Aq kögerşin" and especially "Qarlyğaş" appeared, which quickly spread across the republic and even entered the opera "Abai" (in collaboration with Latif Khamidi). From 1945 to 1971, Akhmet Zhubanov stood at the origins of professional music education in Kazakhstan: it was he who organized the work of the Almaty State Conservatory. As a scientist, he wrote dozens of articles, studies, and essays, for the first time systematizing the history of Kazakh music and the biographies of folk composers. For his services to the national culture, Zhubanov was awarded the State Prize of Kazakhstan, the Order of Lenin, and many other awards. Today, his name is borne by the Republican Music Boarding School, the Aktobe Music College, a street in Almaty, and a memorial plaque on the house where he lived. The lesson was truly lively. Students watched a video clip of the famous kyui "Saryarqa", answered questions, discussed Zhubanov's innovation in creating the dombra orchestra and his role in bringing Kazakh music to the world stage. Dozens of schoolchildren from different districts of the region participated in the conference — they asked questions, shared impressions, and even gave short presentations themselves. The atmosphere was warm and inspiring: children in formal attire, with microphones, actively worked in the general chat and on camera.Such integrative lessons are not just about "covering the material," but a living immersion into the national heritage. Thanks to "Örken" and talented teachers, schoolchildren in East Kazakhstan were once again convinced: Akhmet Zhubanov is not just pages from a textbook, but a living part of our shared cultural memory.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/vko-bilim/press/news/details/1201512?lang=kk

Serve the cause and people 15.04.2026
Behind every state institution are people — those who, every day, without unnecessary noise or publicity, perform their work honestly and conscientiously. It is precisely such specialists who shape the true face of public service. One of them is Ekaterina Mikhailovna Parshina — the chief specialist of the Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the North Kazakhstan Region, a state inspector for state control and supervision.Ekaterina Mikhailovna has been working in the public service system for over 17 years. During this time, she has established herself as a professional for whom responsibility, integrity, and quality of work are not just job requirements, but a personal standard. Colleagues note her attention to detail, diligence, and ability to find solutions even in complex work situations. The work of a state inspector requires not only knowledge of legislation and practical experience but also a high degree of personal responsibility. Ekaterina Mikhailovna has repeatedly participated in conducting state control in various regions of the country and has taken part in improving regulatory rules in the field of determining the country of origin of goods and issuing certificates. Her professional knowledge is also in demand during prestigious quality competitions such as "Altyn Sapa" and "Best Product of Kazakhstan," where she participates in the work of the commissions. However, behind the strict formulations of the position and professional achievements stands a person for whom simple life values are important.Outside of work, Ekaterina Mikhailovna leads an active and modest lifestyle. She loves movement and sports — walks, hiking, and fitness classes. In her free time, she prefers books, especially historical works and novels that allow for a deeper understanding of people's destinies and eras.A special place in her life is occupied by volunteer work. She does not remain indifferent to those in need: she participates in supporting homeless animals and tries to help elderly people, for whom attention and human participation are especially important. But the main support and source of vitality for Ekaterina Mikhailovna remains her family. She holds a special warmth for her parents — respects them, cares for them, and considers it her duty to support and protect her closest people. The stories of such people rarely become the center of attention because they do not seek publicity. But it is precisely thanks to their daily, honest, and responsible work that society's trust in public service is strengthened. And it is precisely such specialists who confirm that public service is, first and foremost, service to the people.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/mti/press/news/details/1201213?lang=kk
