Более 13,6 миллионов услуг оказал ЕНПФ населению с начала года 29.03.2026
Основная задача ЕНПФ заключается в аккумулировании пенсионных накоплений граждан и обеспечении их выплат в будущем. Услуги, предоставляемые Фондом, помогают гражданам не только накопить необходимую сумму для достойной пенсии, но и активно участвовать в финансовом планировании своего будущего. В своей деятельности ЕНПФ предоставляет различные услуги казахстанцам в цифровом формате и продолжает их развивать, адаптируясь к потребностям клиентов. Доступность услуг, оказываемых Фондом на сайте и в мобильном приложении в режиме 24/7, является важным условием роста интереса вкладчиков. За период с 01.01.2026 г. по 28.02.2026 г. Фондом оказано населению 13,6 млн услуг. Из их общего количества более 5,0 млн проведено в электронном формате, в автоматическом – 8,3 млн. Таким образом, доля услуг в автоматическом, электронном и удаленном форматах составила 98,9% от общего количества. В очном формате было оказано 144,8 тыс. услуг, в том числе непосредственно в офисах Фонда более 140,0 тыс.Напомним, что все пенсионные счета открываются в ЕНПФ автоматически при поступлении первого взноса. Также автоматически начисляются целевые требования гражданам Республики Казахстан, не достигшим 18-ти лет, и открываются целевые накопительные счета (ЦНС) для учета и выплаты целевых накоплений совершеннолетним получателям целевых накоплений в рамках программы «Нацфонд – детям».Всего за отчетный период общее количество открытых в автоматическом режиме индивидуальных пенсионных счетов (ИПС) по всем видам индивидуальных пенсионных взносов (ОПВ), а также условных пенсионных счетов (УПС) для учета обязательных пенсионных взносов работодателя (ОПВР), перечисленных работодателем за счет собственных средств, и целевых накопительных счетов (ЦНС, открываемых для учета и выплаты целевых накоплений получателям целевых накоплений в рамках программы «Нацфонд-детям») составило 533 898 единиц. В частности, из общего количества: 31 522 – по ОПВ, 9 749 – по ОППВ, 130 133 – по ОПВР, 5 881 – по ДПВ. 356 613 ЦНС было открыто участникам программы «Нацфонд-детям».   По-прежнему самой популярной услугой является получение выписки с ИПС, УПС и ЦНС.  С начала года по всем видам счетов было выдано 5,4 млн выписок, из которых 4,6 млн - в электронном виде и 737,4 тыс. выписок - в автоматическом режиме. ЕНПФ напоминает, что получение информации о состоянии счетов через личный кабинет - это самый удобный, надежный и оперативный способ контроля своих пенсионных накоплений. Сервис работает в режиме онлайн круглосуточно (24/7), что позволяет получать актуальную информацию в любое время и из любой точки мира. Информация о состоянии счетов доступна не только через мобильное приложение ЕНПФ и личный кабинет на сайте ЕНПФ, но и через портал egov.kz или мобильное приложение электронного правительства. Это дает дополнительные удобства для пользователей, предпочитающих взаимодействовать с государственными сервисами через единые платформы. ЕНПФ отмечает, что, начиная с 2025 года ежегодная автоматическая рассылка выписок по почте прекратилась. Вместе с тем, получение информации о состоянии пенсионных накоплений по почте по-прежнему возможно при подаче соответствующего запроса на адрес ЕНПФ.Кроме получения выписки в личном кабинете на сайте и в мобильном приложении вкладчики (получатели) имеют возможность воспользоваться такими услугами, как внесение изменений и дополнений в свои реквизиты, получение справки о наличии счетов, подача заявления о назначении пенсионных выплат в связи с установлением инвалидности 1 или 2 группы бессрочно или в связи с достижением пятидесятилетнего возраста за счет добровольных пенсионных взносов, отслеживание статуса заявления на выплату, перевод части пенсионных накоплений управляющим инвестиционным портфелем (УИП), прогнозный расчет будущей пенсии с помощью пенсионного калькулятора и т.д.. За прошедший месяц было принято 17,2 тыс. заявлений вкладчиков на перевод части пенсионных накоплений в доверительное управление УИП, из них большая часть – в электронном формате.На изменение реквизитов за январь 2026г. было принято 20,1 тыс. заявлений, из них 18,6 тыс. – в офисах Фонда.Обращаясь за той или иной услугой к специалистам ЕНПФ, вкладчики, как правило, получают дополнительные консультации и советы по формированию сбережений. В рамках информационно-разъяснительной работы проведено 10,1 тыс. выездных презентаций, на которых присутствовало 212,0 тыс. человек. Количество материалов, размещенных по сообщениям ЕНПФ в средствах массовой информации, составило 7,8 тыс. Количество поступивших обращений вкладчиков и получателей по каналам обратной связи (Call-центр, консультации через веб-сайт, мессенджеры, социальные сети и другие каналы связи) составило 81,5 тыс.Напомним, что любая компания может подать заявку на проведение презентации и консультаций по вопросам накопительной пенсионной системы с выездом в офис, для чего нужно просто позвонить в call-центр по номеру 1418 или обратиться через сайт или мобильное приложение Фонда.Консультационные услуги ЕНПФ можно получить посредством мессенджеров (чат-бота в WhatsАpp и Viber по номеру +7 777 000 14 18), call-центра по номеру 1418 (звонок по Казахстану бесплатный), на корпоративном сайте enpf.kz, а также на официальных страницах ЕНПФ в социальных сетях Instagram, Facebook, ВКонтакте, Telegram, Одноклассники.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/enbekshikazakh-shelek/press/news/details/1200236?lang=kk
GRECO Reviews the Implementation of Anticorruption Policy in Kazakhstan 29.03.2026
Strasbourg, March 23-27, 2026 – The delegation led by the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, Darkhan Zhazykbay, took part in the 102nd Plenary meeting of the Group of States against Corruption (GRECO). The working group included representatives of the Presidential Administration, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the National Security Committee, the Financial Monitoring Agency, as well as the Ministries of Finance and Justice of Kazakhstan.During the meeting, the draft report on the implementation of GRECO’s first and second evaluation rounds was considered.In his address to the plenary, the head of the Kazakh delegation informed participants about the ongoing implementation of comprehensive measures aimed at strengthening the national anti-corruption system, including those undertaken in light of GRECO recommendations.Chairman Mr. Zhazykbay outlined the phased introduction of an updated anti-corruption model focused on preventive tools, the establishment of a zero-tolerance principle, and the promotion of integrity standards.As part of the visit, the Chairman of the Agency held a bilateral meeting with Mr. Gianluca Esposito, Director General of Human Rights and Rule of Law of the Council of Europe. The parties discussed prospects for further cooperation in advancing joint anti-corruption initiatives, including expanding Kazakhstan’s participation in relevant Council of Europe mechanisms.During talks with GRECO Bureau member and Head of the Cypriot delegation, Alexia Kalispera, an agreement was reached to intensify expert-level cooperation and exchange best practices in the implementation of GRECO recommendations.A meeting was held between the Chairman of the Agency and Kazakh students studying at universities in Strasbourg. В каких случаях пенсионные выплаты за счет добровольных пенсионных взносов назначаются автоматически 29.03.2026
Согласно внесенным изменениям в Социальный кодекс Республики Казахстан, предусматривающим осуществление пенсионных выплат за счет ДПВ в порядке и на условиях, определенных договором о пенсионном обеспечении за счет ДПВ и пенсионными правилами ЕНПФ,  с марта 2026 года внедрен беззаявительный порядок пенсионных выплат за счет ДПВ лицам, достигшим пенсионного возраста, имеющим в ЕНПФ пенсионные накопления за счет ДПВ, ранее не обратившимся в ЕНПФ за их выплатой в связи с достижением пятидесятилетнего возраста или инвалидностью.Беззаявительный порядок пенсионных выплат за счет ДПВ (при их наличии) предусматривает:автоматическое назначение ЕНПФ пенсионных выплат за счетДПВ при обращении в Государственную корпорацию в установленном порядке с заявлениями на получении пенсии из государственного бюджета и выплат за счет обязательных пенсионных взносов (ОПВ) и (или) обязательных профессиональных пенсионных взносов (ОППВ) в связи с достижением пенсионного возраста;осуществление выплат за счет ДПВ в рамках проактивной услуги по результатам ежегодной сверки с Государственной корпорацией на наличие у указанных лиц в информационной системе уполномоченного органа в сфере социальной защиты населения назначенных за счет бюджетных средств пенсионных выплат по возрасту и (или) государственной базовой пенсионной выплаты.Беззаявительный порядок принят в целях установления единого подхода к пенсионным выплатам из ЕНПФ в отношении лиц, достигших пенсионного возраста. Новвовведение оптимизирует пенсионные выплаты за счет ДПВ и исключает риск невостребованности пенсионных накоплений за счет ДПВ лицами, достигшими общеустановленного пенсионного возраста, ранее не обратившимся в ЕНПФ за их выплатой в связи с достижением пятидесятилетнего возраста или инвалидностью.Пенсионные выплаты за счет ДПВ будут осуществляться единовременно, если сумма пенсионных накоплений за счет ДПВ не превышает двенадцатикратного размера минимальной пенсии, установленного законом о республиканском бюджете и действующего на 1 января соответствующего финансового года (в 2026 году – 828588 тенге (12*69049)) либо до исчерпания пенсионных накоплений по ежемесячному графику совместно с выплатой за счет обязательных видов взносов. The Arab Republic of Egypt Has Been Removed From the List of Countries Not Recommended for Travel 29.03.2026
Astana, March 27, 2026 – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces the removal of the Arab Republic of Egypt from the list of countries not recommended for travel. Kazakhstan Expands its Network of Honorary Consuls in Bulgaria 29.03.2026
Montana, March 27, 2026 – The Ambassador of Kazakhstan, Viktor Temirbayev, paid an official visit to Montana, a key administrative and industrial center in Northwestern Bulgaria.The highlight of the visit was the official opening ceremony of the Honorary Consulate of Kazakhstan, headed by Ivaylo Mitev, owner of «Idea Home», one of the region's largest investment and construction companies. The event was attended by the leadership of the city municipality, representatives of the business community, academic and cultural circles, and Bulgarian media.Ambassador Temirbayev emphasized the high level of bilateral ties, noting that Bulgaria is one of Kazakhstan's largest trade and economic partners in Southeast Europe.During the opening ceremony, Tihomir Antonov, Deputy Mayor of Montana, delivered a welcoming speech, highlighting Kazakhstan's strong economic and investment potential and noting the country's rapid development.  Honorary Consul I. The Ambassador of Kazakhstan Paid a Working Visit to the Banská Bystrica Region of Slovakia 29.03.2026
Banská Bystrica, March 25, 2026 – Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Slovakia, Zhanna Saginova, visited the city of Banská Bystrica and took part in a commemorative event marking the 81st anniversary of the city’s liberation.The ceremony was attended by President of the Slovak Republic Peter Pellegrini, members of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, city officials and residents, as well as representatives of the diplomatic corps. The event concluded with a wreath-laying ceremony at the monument to fallen soldiers of the Red Army.As part of the visit, a meeting was held with Marina Spirová, Chair of the Banská Bystrica Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, during which opportunities for strengthening cooperation between the regions of Kazakhstan and Slovakia were discussed. The Ambassador proposed establishing direct working contacts with national business organizations. Specific areas of cooperation included the signing of memoranda of understanding, the organization of business forums, and mutual visits of business delegations. Ms. Spirová expressed support for the proposals and readiness to initiate the signing of a cooperation memorandum with one of the regional chambers, as well as to host a delegation of entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan.The Ambassador also visited the Secondary Vocational School Pod Bánošom, where 32 students from Kazakhstan are currently studying. This unique institution, with a 70-year history, specializes in training professionals in agriculture, the food industry, and rural services. The Ambassador met with the Kazakh students, familiarized herself with the educational process and their living conditions, and discussed prospects for further cooperation with the school’s management.During a meeting with Vladimír Hiadlovský, Rector of Matej Bel University, the parties discussed prospects for establishing partnerships with universities in Kazakhstan. The Rector presented the university’s activities and achievements, noting that 61 students from Kazakhstan are currently enrolled, and highlighted its international cooperation, including academic mobility programs for teachers and students. Mr. Hiadlovský expressed interest in visiting Kazakhstan to explore the potential of its higher education institutions and to expand academic cooperation.At the conclusion of the visit, embassy staff laid flowers at the military memorial cemetery in Zvolen in memory of Red Army soldiers who fell during the Banská Bystrica offensive operation (March 10–30, 1945) during the Second World War.For reference: At the Central Military Memorial Cemetery in Zvolen, 17,280 Red Army soldiers and officers are buried in 320 individual and 18 mass graves. WTO’s 14th Ministerial Conference kicks off in Yaoundé 29.03.2026
Yaoundé, 26 March 2026 – The official opening ceremony of the 14th Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organization (MC14) took place in the capital of the Republic of Cameroon. The Conference is being held from 26 to 29 March 2026.The opening ceremony was chaired by Cameroon’s Minister of Trade, Luc Magloire Mbarga Atangana, who serves as Chair of MC14. Opening remarks were also delivered by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Cameroon, WTO Director-General Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, and representatives of the host country.The event brought together ministers of trade, economy and development, as well as heads of delegations of WTO Members and representatives of international organizations.Delegations from around 166 countries, including WTO Members and observers, are participating in the Conference.The delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is led by Kairat Torebayev, Permanent Representative to the WTO and International Economic Organizations.During the opening, it was emphasized that the Conference is taking place against the backdrop of significant challenges to global trade, including geopolitical tensions and increasing fragmentation of the global economy. Budapest, March 27, 2026 - On the initiative of the Hungarian side, a meeting of senior officials responsible for foreign policy and security from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Hungary, Turkey, and Uzbekistan took place in Budapest.On behalf of Kazakhstan, Yernar Lazar, Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for International Affairs, attended the meeting.During the meeting, participants exchanged views on pressing issues on the global and regional agenda. Nairobi, March 27, 2026 – The Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Kenya Barlybay Sadykov met with the Minister of Mining, Blue Economy and Maritime Affairs of Kenya Hassan Joho, during which prospects for the development of cooperation in the field of exploration and production of mineral resources and the use of Kenyan seaports were discussed.H.Joho noted that Kenya has large reserves of mineral resources and there is huge potential for cooperation with Kazakhstan. Houston, March 25, 2026 – As part of the international energy conference CERAWeek, Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Akkenzhenov took part in the session “Global Oil Market Outlook: Fundamental Factors and Geopolitical Turbulence.”During his remarks, the Minister presented the current state of Kazakhstan’s oil industry, emphasizing that the country continues to uphold its position as a reliable supplier of energy resources to the global market.The Minister outlined the key challenges facing the sector, including energy security issues, in particular the need to ensure the stable operation of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), which handles the majority of Kazakhstan’s oil exports. He stressed the importance of maintaining uninterrupted operations along this route, given its critical role in the national economy.Particular attention was also given to improving the investment climate in the oil and gas sector. The Minister highlighted the implementation of the Enhanced Model Contract, which provides tax incentives and is designed to attract new investments into geological exploration and hydrocarbon production.Strategic plans for the development of the petrochemical industry were also presented. Sint-Truiden – Hasselt – Genk, 27 March 2026 – During a working visit to the Province of Limburg, Kazakhstan Ambassador to Belgium Roman Vassilenko held a series of meetings with representatives of the regional business community, the leadership of the Flemish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VOKA, Limburg branch), and visited the EnergyVille research center.During the visit, meetings were held with executives of leading Belgian companies in the field of unmanned aerial systems, including DronePort, ZSE Technology NV and Citymesh Safety Drone. The parties discussed prospects for cooperation in drone manufacturing, counter-UAS technologies and the deployment of solutions for public safety.The Ambassador noted that Kazakhstan is actively developing its UAV ecosystem, including applications in agriculture, infrastructure monitoring and emergency response.
