          From September 2 to 5, 2025, a seminar on “Global Minimum Tax and Recent Developments in Transfer Pricing” is being held in Astana. The event is organized by the Training-Methodical Center of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the support of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and with the participation of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).          The seminar was opened with a welcoming address of Mr. Zhanibek Nurzhanov, Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He emphasized the importance of adapting Kazakhstan’s tax system to global challenges and expressed readiness for open dialogue with the business community. Но очевиден и другой вывод: ни одна страна не способна в одиночку справиться с современными вызовами.
