A meeting of the board of the Prosecutor's office was held under the chairmanship of the Prosecutor of the region Marat Abishev, at which the results of the work of the prosecutor's office for the first half of this year were summed up. With the coordination of the prosecutor's office, 2 clandestine drug laboratories were uncovered, and more than 76 kg of synthetic drugs were seized. In the socio-economic sphere, the prosecutors focused on issues of protecting the rights of vulnerable categories of citizens, children, ensuring the legality of budget spending, combating corruption, protecting businesses and supporting investors, public procurement, taxes, land relations, etc. Since the beginning of the year, about 600 violations of the law have been identified, the rights of over 6 thousand citizens have been restored, and 516 officials have been brought to justice. It was possible to prevent the misuse of budget funds in the amount of 3 billion tenge, 620 million tenge was reimbursed, of which 538 million went to the state revenue. 21 pre-trial investigations have been launched into corruption and economic crimes, including embezzlement during construction and privatization of housing. In addition, prosecutors have secured the conviction of 6 individuals who defrauded shareholders. The court satisfied 4 claims in the interests of shareholders on the invalidity of concluded transactions and the transfer of land to the Housing and Communal Services. The akimat is currently working on the completion of the construction. According to the acts of supervision of the prosecutor's office, more than 30 thousand people suffering from socially significant diseases will receive assistance due to changes in regional rules initiated by the prosecutor's office, and 45 apartments have been provided to orphaned children. This year, the rights of 27 investors have been protected, and electricity tariffs for 17 enterprises have been reduced. Председатель Комитета по правовой статистике и специальным учетам Генеральной прокуратуры Сабит Нурлыбай провел расширенное заседание коллегии по итогам работы за 1 полугодие 2025 года.В работе коллегии приняли участие руководители территориальных департаментов и приравненных к ним, личный состав центрального аппарата и территориальных органов.Открывая заседание Сабит Нурлыбай отметил, что в текущем году акцент внимания прокуроров Комитета был направлен на обеспечение достоверности государственной правовой статистики, выполнение поручений Главы государства, а также выполнение приоритетных задач поставленных Генеральным Прокурором.В ходе совещания заслушаны отчеты заместителей Председателя Комитета по курируемым направлениям деятельности, а также реализации цифровых проектов, обсуждены приоритеты по прогнозирования преступных угроз и противодействию им.В рамках надзорной деятельности Комитетом и его территориальными департаментами, проведено 489 проверок, 9 577 мониторингов, 467 анализов, выявлено 24 967 видов нарушений, внесено 2 055 актов прокурорского надзора, по которым к ответственности привлечено более 7 тыс. должностных лиц.Гражданам оказано более 2,9 млн. государственных услуг «Выдача справки о наличии либо отсутствии судимости», «Апостилирование официальных документов, исходящих из органов прокуратуры, органов следствия и дознания», «Выдача архивных справок и/или копий архивных документов в пределах архивов Комитета по правовой статистике и специальным учетам Генеральной прокуратуры Республики Казахстан и его территориальных органов», «Выдача сведений о совершении лицом коррупционного преступления».Продолжается работа по совершенствованию и развитию информационных систем и внедрению цифровых проектов. The projected volume of sales of these goods by the end of the year is 26.4 trillion tenge, while special attention will be paid to ensuring this volume by increasing the share of domestic production.“All regions of the country have demonstrated positive dynamics in the first half of the year. The main contribution to the growth was provided by Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Atyrau and Karaganda regions, which account for 72% of the total trade turnover,” said Arman Shakkaliyev.The leaders in terms of growth rates were Turkestan region (+69.3%), Akmola region (+45.4%) and Pavlodar region (+22.3%).The Ministry is systematically working to develop trade in three key areas. The first is the development of modern trade formats. Incentive mechanisms have been introduced and legislation has been amended.
