The region, traditionally considered the grain heart of the country, has once again become one of the first to fully complete the spring fieldwork. While only about 60% of sowing work had been completed by this time last year, this season the region finished the task early—within just 19 days.According to the regional Department of Agriculture, the total sown area reached 5.5 million hectares, which is 63,000 hectares more than the previous year. A training event organized by the Anti-Corruption Service of the region was held in the East Kazakhstan region, aimed at forming a stable rejection of corruption among young people and promoting the ideology of "Law and Order".
