The Hague, April 5, 2025 — A warm and vibrant celebration of Nauryz, one of the oldest and most significant holidays of the peoples of Central Asia, took place in The Hague. The event, organized by activists of the Kazakh community in the Netherlands with the support of the Embassy of Kazakhstan, became a truly bright cultural occasion. It brought together more than 200 representatives of Kazakh communities from Belgium, the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Sweden, as well as local residents and guests of the city who showed great interest in the culture and traditions of the ancient people of the Great Steppe.        The program of the celebration stood out for its richness and ethnic color. The atmosphere of an authentic Kazakh holiday was created by decorations and photo zones with elements of the yurt, traditional ornaments, and national costumes. Special attention was drawn to culinary symbols of nomadic culture — Nauryz kozhe, kazy, kumys, and baursaks, as well as workshops on popular Kazakh national dances. The celebration became a cultural bridge not only between peoples but also between generations. For children, competitions in national games such as asyk atu and togyzkumalak were organized, along with the tusau keser ceremony, dedicated to a child’s first steps — one of the most touching moments of Kazakh ritual traditions.        Special guests who arrived from Kazakhstan — popular actor Sagadilda Usipali and renowned musician and journalist Tolkyn Sultanova — hosted the evening with great enthusiasm and creativity, filling it with genuine emotions and live interaction. Ensures the preparation and submission of reports and information to the Department of Culture, Language Development and Archives of the Abay District and the State Institution "Department of Internal Policy, Culture, Language Development and Sports of the Ayagoz District of the Abay Region". Provides the House of Culture with qualified personnel, namely: concludes employment agreements (contracts) with creative and technical personnel; creates conditions for advanced training, encourages and stimulates the creative initiative of employees; monitors compliance with production and labor discipline by employees of the organization. Maintains the property belonging to the institution in good condition and safe. Within the powers granted to him, resolves financial and material issues of the House of Culture, namely: ensures that the institution is equipped with the necessary technological, engineering equipment, inventory, materials and exercises control over their use; organizes timely major and current repairs of buildings, premises of the House of Culture and equipment. Яғни, поезд құрамы 14 плацкарт вагондарымен жаңартылған және 2017 жылдың аяғына дейін тағы 6 жаңа вагонмен толықтырылатын болады.Сонымен бірге, № 307/308 Астана – Жезқазған және № 55/56 Көкшетау – Қызылорда бағыттарындағы поездар құрамдарын 10 купе және плацкарт вагондарымен ішінара жаңарту күтілуде.Жаңа вагондар қадағалау, диагностика және вагонды басқару жүйесімен, ауа салқындатқышпен, вакуумдық био дәретханалармен, өрт сөндіру жүйесімен, тоңазытқыш және микротолқынды пешпен жабдықталған. Сонымен қатар жолаушылардың ыңғайлылығы үшін жеке электр қуаттағыш көздері қарастырылған.Жолаушылар вагондарын кезеңді жаңарту шаралары алдағы жылдары жалғасатын болады. Сынау жабдығын аттестаттау жіберілетін ауытқу шектерінде сынау шарттарын жаңғырту мүмкіндігін растау және сынау жабдығының мақсатқа сәйкес пайдалануға жарамдылығын анықтау мақсатында жүргізіледі. Аттестаттауға тәжірибелі үлгілер, сериялық шығарылатын және жаңартылатын жабдық, республикада жеке данада дайындалған, сондай-ақ республика аумағында әкелуге және пайдалануға арналған жабдық жатады.Сынау жабдығы алғашқы, мерзімді және кезектен тыс аттестаттауға жатады.Сынау жабдығын аттестаттауды сынау жабдықтарының пайдаланушысы болып табылатын заңды тұлғалардың метрологиялық қызметтері жүзеге асырады.
