On the eve of International Children’s Day, the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan launched a social initiative by organizing a festive event for young patients of the National Scientific Center for Motherhood and Childhood in Astana. The main goal of the campaign was to create a festive atmosphere and provide support for children undergoing treatment. The event was attended by servicemen of the National Guard, medical staff of the center, as well as parents and children. As part of the initiative, gifts were presented to the medical center and to the children receiving treatment on behalf of the Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard, Lieutenant General Ansagan Baltabayev. A special highlight of the celebration was the performance of the Exemplary-Show Orchestra of the troops of law and order, which received a warm and emotional response from the audience. The military musicians performed beloved children’s songs such as “Kuyramash” and “Koshakanym”, as well as popular international pieces familiar to young listeners. In addition, performers from the National Guard Song and Dance Ensemble also took part in the program. The concert became a pleasant and unexpected gift for the children, filling the day with positive emotions. Children and their parents also visited an exhibition of weapons, body armor, and personal protective equipment. On June 1, the grand opening of the modern Almaly rehabilitation center for people with disabilities took place in Atyrau. This socially significant facility was commissioned as part of the implementation of the instructions of the Head of State, announced at the 4th meeting of the National Kuryltai.The opening ceremony was attended by Akim of Atyrau Region Serik Shapkenov, government representatives, veterans, and residents of the region.Construction of the new three-story center, with a total area of ​​22,000 square meters, began in 2023. The facility is designed to accommodate 150 people at a time, including children and adults. The opening of the center will significantly increase the volume of services provided: while previously approximately 1,100 people with special needs received rehabilitation care annually, now up to 2,300 patients will be able to receive comprehensive rehabilitation. Speaking at the ceremony, the regional governor noted that developing social infrastructure and supporting people with special needs remain among the priority areas of state policy."This center will provide comprehensive support to people with disabilities. The center features physiotherapy rooms and a remedial gym with modern exercise equipment, a swimming pool, and a hydrotherapy complex.As noted by Anar Kayupova, Director of the Almaly Center for Social Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities, the facility's activities are organized into six main areas: social and everyday life, medical, psychological, pedagogical, social and occupational, and cultural."The center is equipped with modern equipment for comprehensive rehabilitation. An individualized recovery and social adaptation program is developed for each service recipient. ДОРОГИ НЕ РАЗРЫВАЮТ: КАНАЛИЗАЦИОННЫЕ СЕТИ ОБНОВЛЯЮТСЯ С ПОМОЩЬЮ СОВРЕМЕННЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙВ Шымкенте инженерная инфраструктура модернизируется с применением современных технологий без проведения масштабных земляных работ и вскрытия дорожного покрытия. В настоящее время при реконструкции изношенных канализационных сетей используется широко распространённая технология спиральной навивки, разработанная китайской компанией Hebei HUANSHUI Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. Данный метод позволяет восстанавливать старые трубопроводы без разрушения дорожного покрытия и нанесения ущерба городской инфраструктуре. Суть технологии заключается в формировании новой полимерной трубы внутри существующего изношенного трубопровода с помощью специального оборудования методом спиральной навивки. В результате создаётся прочная и долговечная конструкция, обеспечивающая надёжную работу инженерных сетей на протяжении многих лет. Главным преимуществом технологии является возможность выполнения работ без масштабных раскопок. Это позволяет сохранить дорожное покрытие, не ограничивать движение транспорта и свести к минимуму неудобства для жителей города. Кроме того, значительно сокращаются сроки выполнения работ, а также уменьшаются затраты на земляные работы и последующее восстановление благоустройства. В настоящее время специалисты ТОО «Водные ресурсы – Маркетинг» осваивают данную технологию совместно с китайскими партнёрами и уже применяют её на практике. Постоянно проводится обучение местных специалистов, обмен опытом и внедрение современных методов реконструкции канализационных сетей. В дальнейшем планируется поэтапное расширение применения данной технологии при модернизации инженерной инфраструктуры города Шымкента.
