Special attention should also be paid to providing residential buildings with engineering infrastructure.As part of the "Concept for the development of housing and communal infrastructure for 2023-2029", 701.6 thousand square meters of housing were planned to be commissioned this year from all sources of financing. In accordance with the action plan to ensure economic growth, it is planned to build 863.9 thousand square meters of housing. Since the beginning of the year, 772.6 thousand square meters (109.9 percent) have been commissioned.As of today, one school has been commissioned, three schools are scheduled to be completed by the end of the year, and six more are planned to be built next year. Within the framework of the national project "Modernization of rural healthcare", 5.2 billion tenge was allocated from the budget for the construction of 15 medical facilities.According to the Auyl – el Besigi project, 1.5 billion tenge was allocated for the construction of an outpatient clinic, eight sports complexes, four rural clubs and eight engineering networks. 39.1 billion tenge was provided for housing construction, as well as the purchase of ready-made apartments from private developers, and by the end of the year it is planned to hand over the keys to almost 2,500 apartments to residents.Six seven-storey mortgage houses have been built on the left bank of the regional center. It was planned to purchase 1,954 ready–made apartments from private developers, 317 apartments have been purchased in Kyzylorda today, and 538 in the districts. Next year, it is planned to commission 10 five-storey residential buildings, and the construction of 10 seven-storey buildings will begin. A public procurement competition was announced for the construction of a bridge over the railway in the village of Zhosaly. This year, Kazakhstan has demonstrated significant success in the development of volunteerism, confirming its commitment to international standards and strengthening the role of volunteers in solving socially significant tasks. Today, 755 volunteer organizations, 2 thousand initiative groups and 275 thousand volunteers are actively working in Kazakhstan, of which 3.5 thousand are "silver volunteers".In order to stimulate volunteer activity in 2024, a new Roadmap for the development and support of volunteerism in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2024-2026 was approved. The main emphasis in its implementation is aimed at sectoral volunteering, including social, medical, environmental, animal welfare, as well as support in the field of education, media and emergency response. The National Front Office and 20 regional volunteer front offices are successfully operating in the country, providing information, resource and advisory assistance. In 2024, with their assistance, more than 5,600 events were organized. For the convenience of interaction, a single Call center for volunteering has been created, which has processed over 2,000 requests. A solemn meeting dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan was held in Almaty today. The Academy of Choreography hosted a master class by Russian choreographer, ballet dancer Vadim Rzaev 17.12.2024
A master class was held at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, conducted by Vadim Rzaev, a graduate of the Agrippina Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet.Vadim Rzaev has extensive experience in classical and modern dance. He performed solo roles in performances at the world's leading theater venues and collaborated with famous foreign choreographers.The master class, which was attended by undergraduate students of the educational programs "Pedagogy of Choreographic Art" and "Choreographic Art", became a valuable experience for future specialists. Creative hub opened in Turkestan 17.12.2024
On the eve of Independence Day, the 11th creative hub in the country, ÖzgeEpic, opened its doors in Turkestan. The creative space was created on behalf of the Head of State. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev pays special attention to the development of creative industries and has set the task of opening hubs in all major cities of Kazakhstan.The solemn event was attended by deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazpost JSC, local executive bodies and creators of the region.The creative hub in Turkestan was opened under an agreement between the Ministry of Culture and Information and Kazpost JSC. The center is located in the building of one of the branches of the joint-stock company. Collaboration involves not only a common location, but also a number of joint projects.At the opening of the hub, the Invisible World exhibition was also presented, aimed at supporting an inclusive creative industry.The area of the creative site is 400 sq.m. The emphasis is on folk crafts, which occupy the bulk of the creative activity of the region.In total, 1,341 subjects of creative industries are registered in the Turkestan region. The region is a leader in such areas as tailoring and accessories manufacturing. The V International conference on "Public Trust and Social Capital" was held in Almaty.At the event, the speakers presented the results of sociological research conducted within the framework of updating the Concept of Civil Society Development, and talked about the work aimed at strengthening citizens' trust in the state.Since April of this year, in order to implement the principles of openness and transparency, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Control" has entered into force.In 2025, 80% of the composition of Public Councils will be renewed due to the end of their term of office. As part of this work, it is planned to hold about 20 training seminars with the participation of more than 3,000 members of the Public Council.The conference was attended by representatives of the National Academy of Sciences under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the UN Department of Global Communications, international and Kazakhstani public figures, government officials and other participants.
