29 февраля текущего года представители Комитета технического регулирования и метрологии МИР РК, ТОО «НЦА», РГП «КазИнСт», РГП «КазИнМетр» посетили предприятие ТОО «Спецэлектра», находящееся в Специальной экономической зона «Астана – Новый город».ТОО «Спецэлектра» работает на казахстанском рынке энергетики более 10 лет.На сегодняшний день осуществляет выпуск следующей продукции:трансформаторные подстанции различного типа: БКРТП, 2БКРТП, КТПН, 2КТПН. При этом конструкции, по желанию покупателя, могут быть помещены в бетонную, металлическую или сэндвич обшивку с трансформаторами мощности от 25 до 2500 кВА;комплектные распределительные устройства 10/20/24кВ типа КСО 2-10, КСО 2-10К, КСО 366, КМ-1 КФ, КСО-292, КРУ К-123, RM6, TPS, TPR-6, К-59 с номинальным током сборных шин 3100 А;шкафы низкого напряжения типа ШНН-СЭ, ЩО-70 с номинальным током до 5000А;главные распределительные щиты типа ГРЩ-СЭ током до 6300 А.ТОО «Спецэлектра» сотрудничает с такими масштабными компаниями, как АО «АРЭК», АО «Астана РЭК», «Альянсстройинвест», «BI GROUP», «Базис», «Шар-Курылыс», СК Кулагер, Концерн Найза Курылыс и многими другими. Ранее выполнялись работы в поселке Мичурино в Астане, в центре реабилитации, а также на заводе, который выпускает пассажирские вагоны TALGO и железнодорожные линии Жетыген – Хоргос.В ходе посещения были проведены презентация производства и совещание, на котором стороны обсудили проблемные вопросы предприятия в сфере технического регулирования и метрологии и основные направления совместной деятельности. На сегодняшний день для контроля при производстве используются средства измерений утвержденного типа и прошедшие поверку, испытания своей продукции ТОО «Спецэлектра» проводит в аккредитованных испытательных лабораториях города Астаны и Восточно-Казахстанской области, а также на испытательной базе Усть-Каменогорского конденсаторного завода. Павлодар облысының әкімдігінде Павлодар облысының техникалық реттеу реттеу мәселелері бойынша Аймақтық штабының 24-ші отырысы өтті.Іс-шараны «Қазақстан Республикасы Инвестициялар және даму министрлігі техникалық реттеу және метрология комитетенің Павлодар облысы бойынша Департаменті» РММ және «Қазақстан Стандарттау Институты» РМК Павлодар филалымен бірлесіп ұйымдастырды.2018 жылдың 30 наурызында Қазақстан Республикасының Премьер-Министірінің бірінші орынбасары Жергілікті қамтуды одан әрі дамыту үшін  Жол картасын бекіткен болатын. Форум ҚР Инвестициялар мен даму министрлігі мен Жапониядағы ҚР Елшілігінің ұйымдастыруымен өтуде. ҚР ИИДМ Көлік комитеті арқылы 2019 жылғы 21 мамырдан 31 тамызға дейін «Назар аударыңыздар, ауыр салмақты көлік!» акциясы өткізілуде. Акция барысында республика жолдарында көлік құралдарына бақылау күшейтілетін болады.Көліктік бақылау органдары арқылы акция аясында 2019 жылғы21 мамыр мен 30 маусым аралығында 19 605 автокөлік құралы тексеріліп, Қазақстан Республикасының Көліктік заңнамаларын бұзғандығы үшін 390 құқық бұзушылық (оның ішінде ҚР ӘҚБ К 348 бабы 6 тармағы және 571 бабы 42 тармағымен – 8 бөлігімен) анықталды. The press conference, dedicated to the socio-economic development of Pavlodar region had been held in the Central Communications Service today. The head of the region Bulat Bakauov met with journalists and told them about development of Pavlodar region for 8 months 2017 and answered all questions, asked by the media.The positive results have been achieved in the industrial and innovative development of Pavlodar region. The growth of the gross regional product was 5.6%. The contribution of the region to the republican GDP increased to 4.7% (4.4%). The positive dynamics was in all sectors of the industry. The volumes of copper concentrate, produced by Bozshakol GOK grew by 12%. The enterprises of metallurgy, chemistry, petrochemistry and mechanical engineering work stably. Electricity generation increased by 23.2% and amounted to 26.3 bln kW/h, where 3.3 bln from Ekibastuz GRES-1 were exported to the Russian regions. By the end of the year, electricity exports will be about 6 bln kWh.In the region there is the special economic zone “Pavlodar” with 980 new workplaces. The infrastructure is developed, favorable conditions are created for attracting investments. Within the second five-year plan of the Industrialization Map 35 projects are implemented in the region (investment volume of KZ 1.1 trl and 8412 workplaces). In 2017 it is planned to execute 8 projects with the investment volume of KZ 271.0 bln and create 1323 workplaces.Thanks to the implementation of the instruments of the state programs in the region there is the increase in entrepreneurial activity. Today, the number of operating subjects of small and medium-sized business has grown by 6.5%, volume of output – in 1.3 times. In general, KZ 4.2 bln were allocated for support and development of entrepreneurship under the program “Business Road Map”.The main volume of housing in the region is built within the new program “Нұрлы жер”. 21 houses will be put into operation. More than 2000 families will get new flats.  In 2017 KZ 11 bln were allocated for improvement of the villages.Within the new Program of Productive Employment, entrepreneurs of the region received support for 95 projects. 380 agricultural enterprises and 3688 peasant farms produce agricultural output. The state support measures are provided for 15 programs. 740.5 tons of meat products (57% to the plan) were exported within the program “Development of export potential of meat”. 204 procurement centers and 299 processing facilities work in the region. 114 agricultural production cooperatives have been opened in Pavlodar region by the order of the Head of the State.One of the important achievements of Pavlodar Priirtyshye is the intellectual potential of the future generation. Over the past few years, in 2017 more than KZ 1 bln have been allocated from the regional budget to strengthen the material and technical base of schools. 118 educational facilities have been repaired (KZ 1.9 bln) by the new academic year. This year the schools of the region have opened chess clubs. All this allows us to show the best results in the international competitions. In the republican Olympiad Pavlodar schoolchildren won 55 winning places and second place among the regions. Akim of Pavlodar region, who appreciated the quality of the works, noted that they would continue to build such sports facilities in the regional center. Now local executive agencies are already engaged in the selection of the places for construction of such fields and the contracting organization assures that it is ready to build five fields every year.“These fields should be accessible to everyone.  People, going in for sports, can come to the field to do morning exercises and run. Therefore, such facilities should be opened to public”, Bulat Bakauov said.Young men have already started playing on the new field. In the Leninsky Park there are new paving stones, play and athletic grounds and new architectural forms. The budget has allocated KZ 52 mln for it. “The park has significantly changed for some time past”, Pavlodar residents noted walking along the park.The Student Park which is located between Ak.Chokin and Rosa Luxemburg streets was also reconstructed. The trees were pruned, new seedlings were planted, fitness machine, which were popular among townspeople, were installed.Akim of the region visited the yard of the house in Ak.Chokin st., 48 and saw the repair work. “It is necessary to finish asphalting as well as other landscaping works before November 1”, he said.“According to the forecast, the air temperature will be optimal by the end of October. 2018 жылдың  26-28 қыркүйек аралығында Атырау қаласында ТРМК  Атырау облысы бойынша департаменті қызметкерлері үшін техникалық реттеу және метрология саласында мамандарды даярлау жөніндегі өңірлік семинар өтті. 3-күндік семинар барысында тыңдаушыларға техникалық реттеу саласы бойынша ЕАЭО-ң шеңберінде жаңа заңнамалар, жаңа шешімдері және  техникалық реттеу саласындағы ЕЭК өкімдері, мемлекеттік метрологиялық бақылау және нарықты қадағалау тақырыптары түсіндірілді.
