As part of the implementation of the ideology of "Law and Order", the Prosecutor's office of Aktobe region analyzed the state of legality of the observance of citizens' rights when using rental housing from the state housing stock. Violations were revealed that resulted in an unjustified increase in rent by 50% for 145 residential buildings. In particular, the decree of the akimat of the Wilsky district established a payment in the amount of 141.3 tenge per 1 sq.m. However, the calculations were carried out without taking into account the approved methodology, since the actual amount should be 70.65 tenge per 1 sq. m.Based on the act of prosecutor's supervision, the akimat's resolution was canceled, the rent for housing was reduced from 8,733 tenge to 4,367 tenge. On April 2, 2025, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region and the Robotek Group company held a qualifying robotics tournament at IT-School-Lyceum of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, organized to create conditions for exploring modern technologies and boosting interest in engineering, IT, and innovation. This will help to resolve the problem quickly and avoid unpleasant situations.The service is particularly useful if the vehicle is obstructing traffic, has been involved in an accident, has been left with its lights on, has an alarm or has a flat tyre. Quick notification allows the owner to take timely action.To get the service, the user needs to:log in to the eGov Mobile app and go to the «Popular services» section;select the service « Notifying the car owner about the problem»;specify what you need to tell the owner of the vehicle and click «Next»;enter the licence plate number of the car and click «Send message».Please note that the user can only use the service 5 times in 2 hours. The service of registering the pledge of movable property has becomemore in demand in KazakhstanIn 2024, 50,902 services for registration of movable property pledge agreements were provided in Kazakhstan. Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region conducted the regional round of the Republican Competition “Top 100 college students of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.  The competition is aimed at recognizing the top 100 students of technical, vocational, and post-secondary education organizations.The goal of the competition is to support talented youth, promote skilled trades and highlight best students of technical, vocational, and post-secondary education organizations.According to the Regulations, the following materials were to be submitted to the regional round:A motivation letter.A video presentation as a future specialist benefiting their region.A project in their specialty aimed at regional or national development.         A total of 23 applications and materials from 19 educational organizations were submitted to participate in the regional round.The Expert Commission reviewed the materials of 23 participants.
