To ensure information security and protect users, the authorization procedure on the eGov.kz portal has changed since October this year. Now, after the first stage of authorization using a digital signature (DS), the user must verify their identity with an SMS code sent from 1414. The changes apply to the eGov.kz portal as well as its components (the eOtinish service and the 'Open Government' portal).   The new authorization system is aimed at enhancing information security and protecting users' data when using government online services. The second stage of authorization protects citizens in case of loss of access to their digital signature (DS) key, as well as against unauthorized access to the eGov.kz portal by third parties using the user's key. For this, the user’s identity must be verified via the mobile phone number linked to their eGov.kz portal account. What should a user do if they do not receive an SMS from 1414?To receive SMS codes correctly, the user must ensure that their phone number is linked to their eGov.kz portal account. If the phone number is not linked to the account, the user will not be able to receive messages from 1414. You can find the instructions for linking your mobile phone number to your eGov.kz portal account here.Is there another way to log in without an SMS code?A user can log in to the eGov.kz portal using the eGov Mobile application. Spacious and bright classrooms, in particular, a STEM classroom equipped with modern technologies for practical science education, modern laboratories, robotics classrooms, workshops, an assembly hall, a sports hall, and a library. All conditions have been created in the school building for the comprehensive development of children and the comfortable work of teachers.At the same time, it is worth noting the duration of the project, although the standard construction period is 15 months, in practice, the construction work was fully completed in 9 months. They are distinguished by affordable prices (10-20% lower than comparable products), high quality, and cover all price segments from economy to premium.The SMALL&SKIF chain emphasizes collaboration with domestic manufacturers, which helps ensure quality, support local businesses, and create a unique offering for customers. Magnum's private label development has demonstrated impressive results: over five years, the share of such products in the chain's turnover has grown from 1.7% to 11.9%. The network works with 71 producers in 18 cities, developing a sustainable supply chain and strengthening its local presence.Representatives of industry associations, such as the Union of Potato and Vegetable Growers of Kazakhstan, the Association of Egg Producers of Kazakhstan, the Dairy Union of Kazakhstan, the Grain Union of Kazakhstan, the Association of Meat Processing Enterprises of Kazakhstan, and others, also expressed their positions. In particular, preferential special regimes will be retained for trade and the agro-industrial complex, and the taxation procedure for agricultural producers with a fixed income has been simplified.The VAT rate has been reduced to 3% of income, while legal entities in the agricultural sector have a reduced VAT burden.The base VAT rate has been set at 16%, with small businesses operating under special regimes exempt from payment. Tax incentives for the self-employed and processors are also retained, including the possibility of deferring VAT on imported raw materials used for domestic production."If a business serves the public, provides simple services, and small-scale trade, the simplified tax system remains in place. However, if a business serves companies, works with government contracts, builds large facilities, or has a large turnover, that's a different matter. There must be comprehensive tax accounting. We also prioritized transparency. The simpler the activity, the easier it is to administer the simplified system," Vice Minister of National Economy Yerlan Sagnayev noted in his speech.After discussing key areas of domestic market support, Banu Nurgaziyeva, President of the Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan, noted the importance of consolidating the efforts of all parties."Today, relevant NGOs, associations, and domestic producers have gathered. Today, the “Korkyt Sazy” concert took place at the “Korkyt Ata” Memorial Complex as part of the international folklore and music festival “Korkyt and the Melody of the Great Steppe.” The festival, held once every three years, aims to strengthen the spiritual unity of Turkic peoples and promote our shared culture to the world.
