Joy for children: A Botanical garden has opened in Kyzylorda 30.06.2026
Today, on International Children's Day, regional Akim Murat Ergeshbayev, deputies of the Senate and Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ruslan Rustemov, Marhabat Zhaiymbetov, representatives of the intelligentsia, and elders took part in the opening ceremony of the Botanical Garden, built with the support of the Head of State.The Botanical Garden, gifted to children on this festive day, is located on the territory of the Presidential Park. In two greenhouses with a total area of 1500 square meters, more than 3300 plants of 92 different species from all corners of the world, such as Africa, South America, Australia, Japan, China, and Madagascar, have been planted. Here you can find the fan palm, Canary Island date palm, cacti and aloe, Washingtonia palm, strelitzia, jacaranda, giant yucca, kapok tree, bamboo, ornamental plants, and fishtail palm. When these plants bloom, they emit fragrance and are colored in various shades: pinkish-yellow, blue, purple.To create favorable conditions for the plants, the complex is equipped with modern engineering systems for automatic climate control, irrigation, and water treatment.The Botanical Garden is not only a place where unique plant species grow but also a location that will become a center of attraction for residents and guests of the region, serving the development of ecological culture, education, and domestic tourism.All conditions have been created here to broaden the horizons of students, schoolchildren, and nature lovers. The special atmosphere of the Botanical Garden gives visitors a sense of coziness. It is worth noting that with the support of the Head of State, 46 modern educational facilities have been commissioned in Kyzylorda over the past four years.Within the framework of the national project "Schools of the Future," 10 new schools have been built. The "Bilim-Innovatsiya" lyceum-boarding school with a physics and mathematics focus, a new academic building, and a dormitory for the music college have been commissioned. Kazakh athletes have won medals at international competitions in Slovenia 30.06.2026
Representatives of Kazakhstan successfully competed at international tournaments in Slovenia, winning medals in gymnastics and archery. Olympic silver medalist Nariman Kurbanov and Zeynolla Idrissov performed in the finals of the Gymnastics Challenge Cup in Koper. Following the results of the competition, Zeynolla Idrissov rose to the second step of the podium and won a silver medal, confirming the high level of the Kazakh gymnastics school. Kazakh archers performed no less successfully at the Veronica's Cup international tournament in Kamnik. In the men's classical archery competition, Ilfat Abdullin became the winner of the tournament, defeating Indian representative Sachin Gupta in the final and winning the gold medal. Large-scale re-equipment: units of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan receive over 180 new vehicles 30.06.2026
As part of the systematic modernization of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a large-scale renewal of vehicle fleets has been carried out across the regions. Ceremonies marking the handover of keys to new vehicles were held in Aktau, Zhanaozen, Almaty, Taraz, and Turkestan. The initiative is aimed at strengthening the material and technical base, increasing the mobility of units, and enhancing the effectiveness of public security provision. In Aktau, at the amphitheatre on the Caspian Sea waterfront, new service vehicles were handed over to servicemen of military unit 6656 of the regional command “Batys”. The personnel received the keys to 15 new domestically produced vehicles. In Zhanaozen, the local regiment also officially received 15 new vehicles, which will significantly strengthen law and order and public safety in the region. The transport renewal programme in the western region will continue: similar vehicles will soon be delivered to National Guard units in Aktobe, Atyrau, and Uralsk. A more large-scale re-equipment effort was carried out in the southern region. In total, more than 150 modern vehicles were delivered to military units of the regional command “Ongtustik” in Almaty, Turkestan, and Taraz. Almaty received 53 vehicles, military unit 5513 in Taraz received 21 units of vehicle equipment, and military unit 5574 based in Turkestan received 5 vehicles for various service and support tasks, including personnel transportation, fuel and lubricants supply, water delivery, and logistical operations. The arrival of new vehicles in the troops of law and order marks an important stage in strengthening the combat capability of the National Guard, enabling servicemen to carry out public security tasks even more efficiently and promptly. “Kuyr-kuyr, Kuyramash!”: National Guard Orchestra brings celebration to young patients 30.06.2026
On the eve of International Children’s Day, the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan launched a social initiative by organizing a festive event for young patients of the National Scientific Center for Motherhood and Childhood in Astana. The main goal of the campaign was to create a festive atmosphere and provide support for children undergoing treatment. The event was attended by servicemen of the National Guard, medical staff of the center, as well as parents and children. As part of the initiative, gifts were presented to the medical center and to the children receiving treatment on behalf of the Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard, Lieutenant General Ansagan Baltabayev. A special highlight of the celebration was the performance of the Exemplary-Show Orchestra of the troops of law and order, which received a warm and emotional response from the audience. The military musicians performed beloved children’s songs such as “Kuyramash” and “Koshakanym”, as well as popular international pieces familiar to young listeners. In addition, performers from the National Guard Song and Dance Ensemble also took part in the program. The concert became a pleasant and unexpected gift for the children, filling the day with positive emotions. The modern Almaly rehabilitation center opened in Atyrau 30.06.2026
On June 1, the grand opening of the modern Almaly rehabilitation center for people with disabilities took place in Atyrau. This socially significant facility was commissioned as part of the implementation of the instructions of the Head of State, announced at the 4th meeting of the National Kuryltai.The opening ceremony was attended by Akim of Atyrau Region Serik Shapkenov, government representatives, veterans, and residents of the region.Construction of the new three-story center, with a total area of 22,000 square meters, began in 2023. The facility is designed to accommodate 150 people at a time, including children and adults. The opening of the center will significantly increase the volume of services provided: while previously approximately 1,100 people with special needs received rehabilitation care annually, now up to 2,300 patients will be able to receive comprehensive rehabilitation. Speaking at the ceremony, the regional governor noted that developing social infrastructure and supporting people with special needs remain among the priority areas of state policy."This center will provide comprehensive support to people with disabilities. The opening of such a socially significant facility is an important and joyful event for our region. This is another significant step towards creating an inclusive society in which everyone has equal opportunities. They are equipped with ABA therapy rooms, mechanotherapy rooms, sensory integration spaces, and occupational and art therapy workshops aimed at developing everyday and social skills.Modern rehabilitation facilities have been created for adult service recipients, including those with Groups I and II disabilities. The center features physiotherapy rooms and a remedial gym with modern exercise equipment, a swimming pool, and a hydrotherapy complex.As noted by Anar Kayupova, Director of the Almaly Center for Social Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities, the facility's activities are organized into six main areas: social and everyday life, medical, psychological, pedagogical, social and occupational, and cultural."The center is equipped with modern equipment for comprehensive rehabilitation. An individualized recovery and social adaptation program is developed for each service recipient. To ensure high-quality services, 189 specialists work here, including doctors, nurses, psychologists, speech therapists, special education teachers, and other specialized staff," Kayupova said.Today, more than 27,000 people with disabilities live in the Atyrau region. A complex plastic surgery was performed on a child with a cleft palate for the first time in Atyrau 30.06.2026
In anticipation of International Children's Day, highly qualified maxillofacial surgeon, Doctor of Medicine, Professor Serik Nurmaganov from the Almaty Medical Park center was invited to the Atyrau Regional Children's Hospital. Astana, May 19, 2026 – the opening ceremony of the International Symposium "The Golden Horde as a Model of Steppe Civilization: History, Archaeology, Culture, Identity" took place in Astana, with the participation of the Head of State of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.This large-scale international forum, held on May 19-20 under the patronage of UNESCO, brings together leading domestic and foreign scientists, experts, and representatives of the international scientific community for a comprehensive analysis of the historical heritage of the Ulus of Jochi (the Golden Horde) and its role in shaping civilizational processes across Central Eurasia.The goal of the symposium is to position the Republic of Kazakhstan as a leading international center for studying the heritage of the Golden Horde, as well as to demonstrate the country's scientific potential in the field of Central Eurasian civilization research through a comprehensive, multidisciplinary analysis of the political, economic, cultural, and spiritual heritage of the Ulus of Jochi (the Golden Horde) and by determining its significance for modern integration processes in Eurasia.Within the framework of the symposium, a thematic exhibition dedicated to the heritage of the Golden Horde as a model of steppe civilization is also presented. Заурбекова сөз алып, өңірдегі медиаторлардың атқарып отырған жұмыстарына тоқталып, азаматтар арасындағы дауларды бейбіт жолмен шешуде медиацияның маңызын ерекше атап өтті.Форум барысында қатысушылар «Жамбыл облысының үздік медиаторы – 2026» байқауы туралы ақпаратпен танысып, өңірде медиация саласын дамытуға бағытталған бастамалар жөнінде мәлімет алды.Бүгінгі таңда медиация институтының қоғамдағы рөлі артып келеді. Медиаторлар азаматтық, еңбек және өзге де дауларды сотқа жеткізбей шешуге ықпал етіп, қоғамдағы тұрақтылық пен өзара түсіністікті нығайтуға үлес қосуда.Осы күні өткен «Халық заңгері» акциясы аясында тұрғындарға мемлекеттік органдардың өкілдері тарапынан тегін құқықтық кеңестер берілді. ДОРОГИ НЕ РАЗРЫВАЮТ: КАНАЛИЗАЦИОННЫЕ СЕТИ ОБНОВЛЯЮТСЯ С ПОМОЩЬЮ СОВРЕМЕННЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙВ Шымкенте инженерная инфраструктура модернизируется с применением современных технологий без проведения масштабных земляных работ и вскрытия дорожного покрытия. В настоящее время при реконструкции изношенных канализационных сетей используется широко распространённая технология спиральной навивки, разработанная китайской компанией Hebei HUANSHUI Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. Данный метод позволяет восстанавливать старые трубопроводы без разрушения дорожного покрытия и нанесения ущерба городской инфраструктуре. Суть технологии заключается в формировании новой полимерной трубы внутри существующего изношенного трубопровода с помощью специального оборудования методом спиральной навивки. В результате создаётся прочная и долговечная конструкция, обеспечивающая надёжную работу инженерных сетей на протяжении многих лет. Главным преимуществом технологии является возможность выполнения работ без масштабных раскопок. Это позволяет сохранить дорожное покрытие, не ограничивать движение транспорта и свести к минимуму неудобства для жителей города. Кроме того, значительно сокращаются сроки выполнения работ, а также уменьшаются затраты на земляные работы и последующее восстановление благоустройства. В настоящее время специалисты ТОО «Водные ресурсы – Маркетинг» осваивают данную технологию совместно с китайскими партнёрами и уже применяют её на практике. Постоянно проводится обучение местных специалистов, обмен опытом и внедрение современных методов реконструкции канализационных сетей. В дальнейшем планируется поэтапное расширение применения данной технологии при модернизации инженерной инфраструктуры города Шымкента. Использование современных бестраншейных методов позволит повысить надёжность канализационных сетей, сократить эксплуатационные расходы и создать более комфортные условия для жителей города. 22 мая 2026 года в Караганде, на базе КГУ «Школа-лицей имени А.Ермекова», состоялся Чемпионат по трехмерному компьютерному моделированию. Мероприятие прошло в рамках областного проекта «Инженеры будущего».
