        As part of the implementation of the "Law and Order" ideology, the Aktobe region Prosecutor's office revealed violations of the constitutional rights of more than 300 citizens based on the results of the analysis. In accordance with the legislation, employment contracts are terminated when an employee reaches retirement age, with at least one month's notice to the employee, with compensation in the amount of one official salary. It has been established that the education departments of the districts of the region do not pay compensation in the amount of one official salary (tariff rate) specified in the collective agreement. For example, the education department of the Shalkar district did not pay compensation to 116 employees in the amount of one official salary for a total amount of over 12 million tenge. Similar violations were found in Khromtau, Martuk, Alginsky, Aitekebiysky and Mugalzharsky districts. According to the act of prosecutor's supervision, the constitutional rights of more than 300 employees were restored, and compensation totaling more than 25 million tenge was paid. The eGov Mobile application now offers a service for the recognition of higher and postgraduate education diplomas obtained abroad. This allows graduates of foreign universities to have their diploma officially recognized for employment or further study in Kazakhstan.Previously, the recognition process required face-to-face interaction and the collection of paper documents, but now the entire process is available online. Prevention against human papillomavirusHPV infection is the most common infection worldwide. The human papillomavirus is the cause of the development of serious diseases such as cervical cancer, rectal cancer and other malignant neoplasms. There are more than 200 types of HPV, at least 14 types of HPV, known as high oncogenic squeak types, are transmitted through the mucous membrane and can cause cervical cancer and other cancers. About 1,900 new cases of cervical cancer are registered annually in Kazakhstan, or 5 new cases of cervical cancer are diagnosed daily, and more than 600 women die from this pathology per year. Cervical cancer is the second most common type of cancer among women in Kazakhstan in women aged 25 to 44 years. Currently, there is no cure for HPV, and the only method of prevention is vaccination. The body reacts to the vaccine by producing antibodies that help the immune system fight HPV infection. The vaccine is not capable of causing cancer, it contains individual viral proteins that, once in the body, activate the immune system. The cells of the immune system produce antibodies that are aimed at fighting the human papillomavirus. Guard units prevented 35 attempts to smuggle contraband and detained 26 individuals attempting to throw banned items over prison perimeters.National Guardsmen also participated in 11 emergency responses involving firefighting and life-saving operations. They returned 45 lost personal items and 91 smartphones to their rightful owners.
