In Pavlodar cardiocenter they will continue to carry out all types of operations 14.04.2025
The unification of the regional cardiological center with the city hospital No. 3 will in no way affect what operations the doctors will carry out. This was said by and. about. Ardak Kuzekov, Head of the Health Department of Pavlodar Region, during a special press conference on reorganization of medical institutions. We will remind, in the regional health care it was decided to merge the cardiocenter and the city hospital №3. Firstly, the legislation requires it - there is an appropriate government decree, as well as an order from the Ministry of Health, requiring the transition to the creation of multidisciplinary centers where inpatient, inpatient replacement and consultative and diagnostic assistance will be collected under the roof of one organization. Secondly, reorganization is also necessary to improve the medical care of patients after vascular lesions of the brain.- In the Pavlodar region, the mortality rate due to strokes is growing, - said and. about. Heads of the Health Department. - According to the results of 9 months, a stroke caused the death of more than 440 people, which is higher than last year by 10-15%. Three stroke centers were created. One of them is located on the basis of the city hospital No. 3, but there is no modern magnetic resonance imager, cardiograph, or high-quality ultrasound machines. Moreover, all this material and technical base is available in the cardiology center. Therefore, the idea arose to relocate this stroke center to a cardiocenter. Thanks to this, a cardiovascular cluster will be finally formed, consisting of a cardiac surgery clinic and a stroke center, a cardiology clinic for patients with acute heart diseases and chronic heart pathologies, as well as a rehabilitation center for patients with cardiovascular pathologies.Unfortunately, part of the staff of the cardiocenter was unhappy with such an association. The main argument of the opponents of the reorganization was that the center supposedly would lose its high status and its specialists would simply not be allowed to perform complex heart operations. Ardak Kuzekov assured that this would not happen.“The level of operations performed depends on the available personnel and material base and does not depend on whether the cardiocenter will operate independently or as part of a city hospital,” he said. - High-tech medical services, which include cardiac surgery, are provided at any level. No one says that tomorrow only the simplest operations will be carried out in the center. All types of operations that appeared in the cardiocenter earlier will be provided in the future.Financing of the cardiological center will remain at the proper level, which, by the way, today has large payables in the amount of 360 million tenge. The staffing structure of the medical institution will not change. The only thing will be reduced the head of the center. However, all top management, which will change its status, will be employed, and collective agreements concluded earlier will be executed in the future.“Apart from the legal status of two medical institutions, nothing will change,” he summarized. about. heads of regional health. - That is, there were two legal entities, but one will be. In the same way, once the regional maternity hospital became a large structure of the city hospital No. 1, and the perinatal center, infectious diseases and skin and venereology services became part of the regional hospital. On cancellation of the address information 14.04.2025
Starting from November 1, Kazakhstan will cancel the address certificate and exclude it from the register of public services. This means that public authorities, schools, medical institutions, etc.do not have the right to demand from citizens an address certificate from November 1. It will not be available either through branches of the Government for citizens or through the e-government portal. If necessary, Kazakhstanis will be able to check their place of residence in their personal account on the egov e-government portal.kz or via the eGovmobile app.As for the state authorities, they already have access to this information through their information systems, which have been integrated with the databases of the Ministry of internal Affairs. At the same time, other organizations, including private companies that may need information about a citizen's residence permit, will be able to get it through the third-party service on the e-government portal egov.kz. This will only be possible if a citizen gives their consent via SMS to receive one-time information about their residence.Note that to receive such an SMS, a citizen must be registered in the database of mobile citizens. You can register yourself (in the" Personal account " on the portal egov.kz, in the "Phone" column, you must specify, or change the phone number and confirm the validity of your EDS), or contact any PSC Department (the service is provided free of charge, and will take no more than 5 minutes).Earlier, the state Corporation "Government for citizens" conducted an analysis, which revealed that Kazakhstanis annually print out more than 20 million certificates for submission to various organizations, of which almost half are address certificates. Address certificates were mainly requested for employment, registration of children in schools and kindergartens, when receiving banking services, as well as for participation in various government programs. Thus, with the cancellation of address certificates, the number of visits by citizens to PSCs will decrease by more than 10 million times.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/zhetysu-kerbulak/press/news/details/35804?lang=kk

Ten more girls will study agriculture in Uzbekistan. Deputy Minister Vassilenko thanked the EU for supporting Kazakhstan's proposal to launch this program, in particular, for allocating 2 million euros to fund it. Moreover, he expressed gratitude to UNDP and UN Women for the practical implementation of the program.According to him, “the program is an excellent example of how Central Asian countries can, in light of a new vision of cooperation and understanding, jointly propose and implement effective solutions for the benefit of the overall development of the region.” Moreover, this initiative demonstrates the willingness of Brussels and the Central Asian capitals to offer effective solutions for the practical implementation of the new EU Strategy for Central Asia. The Kazakh diplomat noted that in his statement at the 74th session of the UNGA in New York in September, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev proposed to establish a Regional Centre for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Almaty, which would cover both Central Asia and Afghanistan. It is symbolic that the program for Afghan women covers, in one way or another, six of the seventeen goals – quality education (Goal 4), gender equality (Goal 5), decent work and economic growth (Goal 8), reduced inequality (Goal 10), peace, justice and strong institutions(Goal 16) and partnerships for the Goals (Goal 17).“Hopefully, in the near future this program proves its worth and success, which will allow us to work on its expansion, as previously planned. And we expect it to serve as a prototype for new mechanisms of cooperation in Eurasia, Central Asia, with the European Union, especially with regard to and in cooperation with Afghanistan,” the Deputy Minister said. Significantly, both Foreign Minister Kamilov and Deputy Minister Vassilenko in their statements unanimously called on the international community to see in Afghanistan the source of new opportunities rather than problems. At the ceremony, speakers of the European External Action Service, UNDP and other organizations, as well as the Ambassador of Afghanistan to the EU expressed their appreciation and gratitude to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan for initiating and implementing this program. They highlighted Kazakhstan's contribution to the stabilization of Afghanistan within its membership in the UN Security Council in 2017-2018, primarily during its presidency of the Security Council in January 2018.At the ceremony, UNDP presented a short video featuring Afghan girls participating in the program, as well as inspiring interviews with them about great opportunities that education in Kazakhstan will offer them.
