Safe vacations: how not to get into trouble on the water? 19.05.2026
Summer is a time for long-awaited rest, but it is also a season when children face hidden dangers, the main one being water. To remind students of the rules of behavior near water bodies, the KGU "Örken" center, with the support of the East Kazakhstan Region Education Department, organized preventive classes. The lessons were conducted in two languages in a live interview format. The guest of the event was Aisulu Sanakbekkyzy Manapova, a senior engineer at the Emergency Response Department of the East Kazakhstan Region Emergency Department. In an accessible and dialog-based format, the speaker answered the main questions that concern every child before the holidays. Why can't you swim without adults? This is the first and most important rule. According to Aisulu Sanakbekkyzy, even if a child knows how to swim, unforeseen situations can occur in the water: strong currents, cramps, or fatigue. An adult nearby can quickly call for rescuers. The specialist strongly warned the children against swimming beyond the buoys and diving in unfamiliar places. "There could be rocks or debris underwater, and you could get seriously hurt," the engineer explained. Furthermore, she forbade running near the water (due to slippery banks) and playing dangerous ball games that could result in injury.Special attention was paid to life jackets. They must not only be worn but also fastened correctly, especially when riding on boats and motorboats. And during a thunderstorm, the main rule is to get to shore immediately: lightning is dangerous for anyone in the water. What to do if a friend is drowning? Adult rescuers gave a clear algorithm: do not panic and do not jump into the water unprepared. You need to call for help loudly and throw a lifebuoy or rope to the drowning person. At the end of the lesson, Aisulu Manapova wished the children safe holidays. The staff of the "Örken" center are confident that such conversations help preserve the most valuable things—the life and health of the region's young residents. Remember: water is a place for rest, not for risk!Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/vko-bilim/press/news/details/1223188?lang=kk

Pre-filling of VAT return 19.05.2026
The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports.       Preliminary filling of the VAT declaration (TNF 300.00) is carried out on the basis of information available in the information systems of state revenue bodies, including the information system of electronic invoices, personal accounts of taxpayers and declarations for goods.       The service works on the principle of T-1, that is, it is updated with a delay of one day. If ESFs are issued today or VAT offset notices are sent, they will be reflected only tomorrow.      Please note that the pre-filling service uses data from VAT offset notices with the status "confirmed," therefore it is recommended to fill out the notices carefully and correctly.     At the same time, the pre-filling service helps to reduce the number of office control notifications and is used to check and inform when filling out the TNF.At the same time, the service uses data provided by taxpayers themselves. Since such data may be later modified or refined, this may affect the results of office control and subsequent receipt of notifications. Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/kgd-akmola/press/news/details/1222992?lang=kk

Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/economy/press/news/details/1222949?lang=kk
