Solving the problem of chronic underfunding of the industry, the state has significantly increased spending on agriculture this year. We have moved away from the complex and opaque scheme of providing loans through subsidizing interest rates. Now farmers receive preferential loans for spring field and harvesting work directly at a rate of 5%. For the first time, the volume of such loans exceeded half a trillion tenge (580 billion tenge, previously 180 billion tenge), subsequently it will be increased to one and a half trillion tenge.
