Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 11064), by Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 263 dated July 29, 2024 "On approval of a standard plan for pasture management and use" (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 29, 2024 No. 34831).The plan contains:1) scheme (map) of pasture location on the territory of the city of Ridder in the context of land categories, information about their owners and land users on the basis of title and identification documents for the land plot;2) scheme (map) with the designation of pastures intended for the needs of the population for grazing farm animals of a private farmstead, including public pastures;3) scheme (map) with the designation of recommended schemes of pasture turnover;4) scheme (map) with the designation of easements for driving farm animals, cattle trails and cattle burial grounds (biometric pits);5) scheme (map) with the designation of pastures that can be provided for land use by pasture users.6) scheme (map) with the designation of pastures subject to reservation in order to meet the needs of the population for grazing farm animals of a personal farmstead;7) scheme of access to water sources (lakes, rivers, ponds, diggings, irrigation or irrigation channels, tube or shaft wells), drawn up in accordance with the standard of water consumption;8) overview plan of the Ridder city boundaries;9) project distribution (redistribution) of pastures between rural localities that are part of a rural district.The plan was adopted taking into account the data of the land balance and the information system of the state land cadastre, information on the state of geobotanical survey of pastures, information on veterinary and sanitary facilities, data on the number of livestock of farm animals with indication of their owners – pasture users, individuals and (or) legal entities, data on the number of herds, flocks, herds formed by types and gender and age groups of farm animals, information on the formation of livestock of farm animals for grazing on remote pastures, features of grazing of farm animals on cultivated and arid pastures, information on easements for driving livestock and other data provided by state bodies, individuals and (or) legal entities.In accordance with the climatic zoning, the territory under consideration belongs to a moderately cold region. The climate is continental, with cold winters and warm summers. The average annual air temperature is 1.50C. The duration of the frost-free period is 82-102 days. Annual precipitation over a multi-year period is 690-710 mm. Most of them (77-80 %) occur in the warm half of the year. Precipitation during the summer period is usually torrential. The highest observed amount of precipitation per day was 58 mm. The duration of snow cover is 150-200 days. Average water reserves in snow are more than 120 mm. Factors affecting the formation of surface runoff:- average snowmelt start date 25.III and later;- the average date of thawing of the soil to a depth of 10 cm -6.IV;- average end date of snowmelt on or after 13.IV.- the average date of complete thawing of the soil is 14.V..Evaporation from the water surface exceeds the annual amount of precipitation and amounts to 733 mm. In the winter months, 15% of evaporation occurs. The annual value of evaporation from the land surface is 408 mThe main waterway is the Ulba River, where a large number of rivers and streams flow into it. The largest rivers are the Tikhaya, Bystrukha, and Belaya Uba. Rivers are fed by meltwater and rainwater. The surface waters are clean and fresh. All surface and ground water is suitable for domestic and agricultural purposes. The main agricultural water supply is based on surface waters, and the availability of sufficient water sources ensures that pasture lands are fully watered.The territory of the city of Ridder belongs to the mountain forest-steppe zone. The soils are represented by mountain meadow-chernozem, heavy and light loamy, with a thickness of 0.8-1.0 m. On the riverbed floodplain areas and within the above-floodplain terrace of rivers, mainly forest-meadow soils are distributed.Geographical location and climate determine the nature of the animal and plant world. The flora in its natural state was characterized by a large species diversity, which is explained by the combination of geographical location, altitude, relief, hydrogeological conditions and good moisture content. About 800 species of tree-shrub and flowering plants grew here. The vegetation cover of the region is characterized by the presence of steppe shrubs located in the foothills and coniferous forests on the slopes of the ridges. The grassy cover is dominated by elements of high-grass forest. On the slopes of the valleys, the main vegetation consists of various types of meadows, with a predominance of mixed grasses and cereals. Along the riverbeds of streams and rivers, in some areas there are woody and shrubby thickets of willow with poplar, aspen and birch. Among the shrubs grow caragana, meadowsweet, honeysuckle, rosehip. Meadows with representatives of meadow grasses are common in the floodplains of watercourses.In the vicinity of the city of Ridder, 94 species of birds were recorded, and about 90 species of mammals lived. Common birds include the black kite, common buzzard, hairy-legged owl, capercaillie, hazel grouse, partridge, woodpeckers, and many species of the order Passerinae. From mammals-lynx, fox, bear, wolf, sable, ermine, weasel, maral, roe deer, elk, flying squirrel, chipmunk; mice-forest, field, voles.Today, the number of species is low, as industrial activity and urbanization of the area have put the animal world in the most difficult conditions for survival.The ichthyofauna of the rivers of the Ridder basin is depleted, they do not belong to fisheries reservoirs.The main production direction of Ridder farms is vegetable and dairy production, and potato growing is an additional branch. Dairy cattle breeding is developed in the city, the share of meat cattle breeding in the total livestock is insignificant. Rational use of agricultural land is a component of the industry's sustainable development.Pastures that are part of agricultural land, localities, and reserve land are used for grazing animals.There are no seasonal pastures on the territory of the district.                The city has 1 veterinary point, 1 slaughterhouse, 1 cattle burial ground (biothermal pit).The total area of the city of Ridder is 487,465. 95 hectares, including the following categories:- agricultural land – 14,085. 8 ha;- land of localities – 12,613. 0 ha;- land of industry, transport, communications, for the needs of space activities, defense, national security and other non-agricultural purposes – 1,919. 65 ga;- forest fund lands – 385,523. 0 ha;- land of specially protected natural territories – 54,687. 0 ha;- reserve land – 18,637. 5 ha.The reserve lands contain a large number of small-scale pastures, these are remote, hard-to-reach and low-productive areas that have almost never been used for grazing livestock.All land suitable for agricultural use is assigned to land users. Tbilisi – A grand celebration of Nauryz Meyram took place in the Abanotubani district of Tbilisi, bringing together the diplomatic missions of the Turkic states. The event was organised jointly by the Embassies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Turkey and Turkmenistan in Georgia.The festival served as a vivid symbol of friendship, cultural diversity and mutual respect between peoples united by shared historical and spiritual traditions. Vienna, 26 March 2026 – As part of Austria’s intensified engagement with the Central Asian region, as well as efforts to develop interparliamentary cooperation formats, a meeting was held between the Ambassadors of Central Asian countries and Mongolia and members of the Austria–Central Asia Parliamentary Friendship Group.During the dialogue, the head of the Austrian Parliamentary Friendship Group, Member of the National Council Martin Hofer, noted the growing importance of Central Asia in global politics and emphasized the strategic interest of the European Union in the region. According to him, Austria attaches great importance to expanding partnerships with Central Asian states and seeks constructive cooperation across a wide range of areas. Particular attention was paid to interparliamentary engagement.
