Szemenye (Hungary), 28 November 2025 - an official ceremony was held to inaugurate the Memorial symbolizing cooperation between the Turkic States and Hungary in the field of the protection of fundamental rights. The event was organized by Judge of the Constitutional Court of Hungary and former Commissioner for Fundamental Rights, Dr. Ákos Kozma.The ceremony was attended by the Ambassadors of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), State Secretary of the Ministry of Energy of Hungary Zsolt Németh, as well as representatives of Szombathely Forestry Ltd.Background: The monument consists of a four-meter oak column decorated with traditional Turkic motifs. Bern, December 2, 2025 – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yermek Kosherbayev held a meeting with Guy Parmelin, Vice President of Switzerland and Head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research.During the negotiations, the parties reaffirmed the importance of the agreements reached following Vice President Parmelin’s meetings with President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov, which took place on 28 November 2025 in Astana.The discussions included an exchange of views on intensifying cooperation in political and trade-economic spheres, including industry, transport and logistics, digitalization, healthcare and finance.The interlocutors also reviewed the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation between Astana and Bern, confirming their mutual interest in further strengthening political dialogue.Minister Kosherbayev noted that Vice President Parmelin’s recent visit to Kazakhstan gave a new impetus to the development of trade, economic, and investment cooperation between the two countries.“We have established a dynamic and constructive dialogue.
