It is a comprehensive work on infrastructure development, care for the environment and improving the quality of service to residents.

This year, 58 new buses were purchased for this purpose and put into service for the benefit of city residents. Of these, 28 are minibuses serving remote microdistricts and residential areas, and 30 are modern vehicles with high passenger capacity. Syzdykbekov, noted that the modernization of public transport is one of the main priorities and instructed those responsible to closely monitor the cleanliness of buses and strictly adhere to the traffic schedule so that residents can use transport safely and comfortably. In general, it is planned to introduce environmentally friendly and modern types of transport in the city. Shymkent Bus LLP plans to gradually deliver 179 new buses running on gas-methane fuel. 30-40 units will be put into operation at each stage, and this initiative will not only improve the quality of service for passengers, but also have a positive impact on the environmental situation in the city. Current situation and indicators Today, 984 buses on 82 regular routes in Shymkent serve passengers daily. 79 of them are approved as socially important routes. The service is provided by 11 transport companies. The total number of city buses is 1,173 units. This system includes modern technologies such as electronic ticketing, dispatching, passenger flow control, and real-time reporting. In the first 7 months of this year, more than 49.8 million passengers were transported by public transport. Of the existing buses, 615 use compressed gas-methane fuel, while 558 run on diesel fuel. Route network improvement and new comprehensive scheme The rapid development of the city's territory - due to the opening of new residential complexes and large industrial zones, the expansion of road infrastructure - has necessitated a review of the route network. In this regard, a new comprehensive scheme for the development of passenger transport will be developed in 2025. Modernizing public transport is not limited to purchasing new buses, it is a comprehensive work aimed at developing the city's infrastructure, improving the environment, and creating conditions for residents to receive quality services. These measures taken in Shymkent will form the basis for creating a passenger-friendly, environmentally friendly, and modern transport system in the future.

Tax reform: simplification of administration and new rules for mining companies 25.08.2025
The new Tax Code is designed to significantly simplify the lives of entrepreneurs. The administrative burden is being reduced, reporting forms are being reduced, and digital services are being introduced. This will allow businesses to operate more transparently and efficiently, focusing on development rather than paperwork. To keep entrepreneurs informed of the changes, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducts explanatory seminars and meetings. One of these events was held in Kyzylorda with the assistance of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" and brought together representatives of the business community of the region. The participants were able to ask questions directly and understand the new rules in detail. The seminar was attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhanybek Nurzhanov. He noted the main changes in tax administration, measures to reduce the burden on businesses and simplify procedures for taxpayers. Special attention was paid to the issues of digitalization and the introduction of modern services for entrepreneurs.Since the Kyzylorda region has significant raw material potential and is one of the leading centers of the uranium mining and oil and gas industry in Kazakhstan, special attention was paid at the seminar to the taxation of mining companies. The experts explained new approaches to calculating taxes in the raw materials sector, emphasizing the transparency and predictability of the rules, as well as their importance for long-term business planning.Zhanybek Nurzhanov said that the new Tax Code provides for corporate income tax (CIT) deductions, which make it possible to reduce the tax base by accounting for actual expenses. These expenses include labor costs, depreciation of fixed assets, marketing campaigns, staff training, and other operating expenses. One of the main mechanisms for optimizing value added tax (VAT) is the right to offset incoming VAT paid on the purchase of goods, works and services. This allows a business to reduce the amount of tax payable to the budget if the expenses are documented and comply with legal requirements. In addition, proper and timely registration as a VAT payer helps to avoid double taxation and optimize the tax burden at all stages of the supply chain."The changes in the tax system are aimed at ensuring a balance between the interests of the state and business. In addition, the new Tax Code provides for the expansion of the use of electronic services, automation of tax reporting and the introduction of a single platform for entrepreneurs to interact with state revenue authorities. This will allow companies to save time, avoid duplication of documents and focus on developing their business, rather than on bureaucratic procedures," said Zhanybek Nurzhanov, Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/minfin/press/news/details/1056547?lang=kk

"Currently, the relevant government agencies have developed draft legislative acts," Timur Kosymbayev said. The analysis of the existing communal infrastructure is carried out. Investments in the amount of KZT 6.8 trillion are required to reduce depreciation in the areas of heat, electricity, water supply and sanitation below 50%. These funds will be used to repair 86,000 km of utility networks, which will significantly reduce the number of accidents and bring the state of the engineering infrastructure to a technologically stable state. The speaker also announced the number of monopolists in the context of regulated utilities that are in the "critical zone of deterioration." "In the field of heat supply in 11 regions of the country, 22 monopolists, or a third of the total number of subjects, have worn-out heating networks of over 65%. The largest number of such subjects was recorded in East Kazakhstan region – 4, in Akmola, Karaganda and Pavlodar regions – 3 each. Of the 46 subjects, 18 have high wear of electrical networks over 70% and they are also located in 11 regions, most of all in Kostanay region. In addition, almost half of the entities involved in the national project in the fields of water supply and sanitation have wear of over 70%," he said. The annual natural wear of utility networks is about 2-3% or 4-5 thousand km. At the same time, the existing infrastructure has been in operation for more than 50 years. According to Timur Kosymbayev, in order to effectively combat wear, it is necessary to significantly increase the repair of the length of engineering networks. Thus, for 2025, 48 subjects of natural monopolies have been considered and identified as a priority, having confirmed documents and ready for financing for a total amount of 144.5 billion tenge for the repair and replacement of 1,347 km of utility networks and 3,047 pieces of equipment.https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/economy/press/news/details/1056443?lang=ruSource : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/kostanai-ekonomika-zhosparlau/press/news/details/1056624?lang=kk
