Minister of Transport of Kazakhstan Marat Karabayev met with Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Republic of Korea Sang Woo Park in Seoul.The parties discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of transport infrastructure, as well as the implementation of a number of projects for the development of transport routes. The issue of the possibility of increasing direct flights from Kazakhstan to South Korea was also raised. Currently, there are 14 passenger and 6 cargo flights per week between the countries. Flights are mainly operated from Astana and Almaty. In total, 439 applications were received. The maximum grant amount for one project is 350 million tenge. All projects that will receive grants should be implemented during 2025-2027. As of today, the National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise is reviewing registered applications for compliance with the tender documentation. Based on the results of the audit, applicants will be given three days to eliminate the comments. After the comments are eliminated, the finalized applications will be sent to the stage of technological and economic (marketing) expertise with the involvement of independent experts. As the NCGNTE examination is completed, summary conclusions will be formed. A ranked list of projects and a package of documents will be sent to the National Scientific Council, which will decide on approval for funding. The Crypto School project was launched in early 2024 and included a basic educational course with available online modules, the purpose of which was to provide novice users with knowledge about blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Dmitry Anatolyevich is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty "Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology", Associate Professor of the Department of Radiophysics and Electronics of the Karaganda University named after Academician E.A.Buketov.He started his career in science in 2005, when he became a lecturer at the Department of Radiophysics and Electronics, and since then his career has developed rapidly. In 2000-2005, he studied at the Faculty of Physics of KarSU, where he qualified as a physics engineer. Later, he continued his studies in graduate and postgraduate studies. He defended his doctoral thesis in 2021. Dmitry Anatolyevich actively participates in scientific and teaching activities, reading various courses, including "Digital devices", "Theory of electrical communication", "Fundamentals of Radio electronics" and others. Dmitry Afanasyev is the author of more than 100 scientific publications, among which 30 articles are indexed in Scopus and 30 in Clarivate Analytics. Kalkaman Tursynovich is a Doctor of Historical Sciences, a well–known historian, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor of the Department of World History, Historiography and Source Studies of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. He began his scientific career in 1972 as a teacher at the Department of General History of the Kirov Kazakh State University. Since then, the scientist has been working within the walls of his native university, having passed all the stages of professional growth from assistant to professor, dean of the faculty, head of the department, academician. In 1997, Kalkaman Tursinovich successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "The main problems of the development of Ancient German society before the Great Migration of Peoples", which was the result of his many years of research on the history of the Early Middle Ages. Professor K.T.Zhumagulov is the only scientist in the Republic of Kazakhstan who is a six–time winner of the International DAAD Grant (Germany) in 1995, 1997, 1999, 2003, 2007,2011. Professor Kalkaman Zhumagulov is the first Kazakh historian and medievalist, the author of about 500 works. During the search measures, foreign passports, “black” accounting and documentation were seized from them.A similar criminal scheme was uncovered in the capital, where five local residents involved in the illegal registration of documents for migrant workers were detained.– Pre-trial investigations are being conducted on all the facts. The perpetrators face punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to seven years with confiscation of property.
