New cultural centers are being built in the villages of Koptogai, Birlik, and Azgyr in the Kurmangazy District; Karabau, Miyaly, Zhangeldin, and Mukyr in the Kyzylkoga District; Zhana Karaton, Akkiiztogai, and Koshagyl in the Zhylyoi District; and in the village of Naryn in the Isatay District, according to the Regional Communications Service.In recent years, the region has placed particular emphasis on developing the cultural sector.
