               The convict in Semey swore at the judge and received 100 hours of community service.              A 30-year-old resident of Semey was prosecuted for stealing mobile phones, and the court sentenced him to about three years in prison.               However, the family member did not agree with the verdict and insulted the judge, for which he was given another 100 hours of community service.            Currently, the convict is serving his sentence in a medium security facility.
