As part of the implementation of the ideology of "Law and Order", the Prosecutor's office of Aktobe region analyzed the state of legality of the observance of citizens' rights when using rental housing from the state housing stock. Violations were revealed that resulted in an unjustified increase in rent by 50% for 145 residential buildings. In particular, the decree of the akimat of the Wilsky district established a payment in the amount of 141.3 tenge per 1 sq.m.
