It is important to remember that you can only submit a request to the ombudsman after you have officially contacted the lender and received its response. How does bankruptcy procedure for individuals work?If the borrower is unable to repay the debt, the bankruptcy procedure for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan is applied subject to the Law "Restoring Solvency and Bankruptcy of Citizens."The debt can be written off if the following conditions are met:the debt amount exceeds 1,600 MCIs;there is insufficient income to repay it;there is no property that can be sold (including a share in joint property);loan payments have not been made for 12 consecutive months;the borrower is not an individual entrepreneur;there has been no bankruptcy proceedings for the last 7 years;there has been no debt restructuring for the last 5 years.The procedure is free of charge and can be initiated through the eGov.kz portal or at the Population Service Center.Bankruptcy proceeding allows borrowers to legally resolve issues with their debt and completely terminate their debt obligations. On 22-26 September, a set of events, dedicated to Labor Day took place in all schools of East Kazakhstan region.The key goal is to promote a culture of respect for labor, and raise awareness of skilled trades among students.  As part of the initiative, schools organized thematic classroom meetings “Enbek tubi - sary altyn”, drawing and essay competitions, meetings with workers on the topic “Enbek adami – zhas urpakka onege”.To instill respect and appreciation for labor, volunteer groups were formed to congratulate workers and assist them with cleaning and maintaining their household premises.Additionally, during the week, students received information about high-demand skilled trades. The events played a significant role in cultivating students’ respect for work and supporting their career guidance and vocational self-determination. The city of Alatau is intended to become our new center of business activity and innovation. A territory has been allocated for the implementation of this essentially nationwide project, the primary planning has been completed, and key infrastructure networks have been connected.During my recent visit to China, multi-billion dollar agreements were concluded with world-class companies.
