New Delhi, June 5, 2025 – As part of the official visit to the Republic of India, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu took part in the Central Asia – India Business Council.In his speech, the Kazakh Foreign Minister emphasized India’s importance as a key strategic partner in South Asia and noted the existing potential for growth in bilateral trade between Kazakhstan and India – from the current 1 billion US dollars in 2024 to 3 billion dollars in the near future. He also drew attention to the 41% increase in Indian investments in Kazakhstan’s economy, which exceeded 525 million dollars.“We consider this only as the beginning. A modern dairy farm for 6,000 heads will appear in the Karaganda region, it is being built by Eurasia Invest in the Rodnikovsky rural district of the Osakarov district. For the first time in the history of domestic engineering, bus bodywork will be made using Kazakh metal certified according to international quality standards. The Qarmet Metallurgical Plant has started supplying 08KP galvanized steel for the new stamping production of body parts at the QazTehna plant located in Sarani.This was reported by the Qarmet press service.It is noted that QazTehna, as part of the investment program, is implementing a project to create the first specialized stamping body in Kazakhstan with an area of more than 10,000 square meters. m.
