Five markets will be modernized in Mangistau this year 04.09.2025
According to the Roadmap of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this year 5 markets will be modernized in Mangistau. By the end of 2025, 100 markets will be modernized across the country. Today, Deputy Chairman of the Trade Committee of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yernur Zhautikbayev got acquainted with the progress of construction work at the markets "Asem-Bereket", "Magash", "City-Center", "RID-SK", "RusKaz".Modernization work is actively underway at the Asem-Bereket market, located on an area of 6 hectares. According to the plan, the modernization will be completed by the end of the year. In the market, consisting of 300 trading places, the rows of containers will be removed, and a modern building will be erected in their place. At the Magash market, located in the 23rd microdistrict, and the universal market "City-Center", the modernization is 90% complete. Interior finishing work is currently underway. Modern markets are planned to be put into operation by the end of September. There is a risk of lagging behind the deadlines set out in the Roadmap for the RID-SK and RusKaz markets. Now this figure is 41%. Modernization of markets is a key step to increase the share of modern trade. In addition, the ministry faces the task of improving the trade infrastructure and attracting investment in the industry.Since last year, the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been providing state support to domestic trade entities. This year, Mangistau entrepreneurs received more than 1 billion tenge for the development of trade activities. Of these, 98 million tenge were attracted for an investment project. As part of state support, the ministry subsidizes 10.75% of the interest rate on loans.Additional information: There are 43 markets in the Mangistau region. Of these, 24 are universal, 2 are wholesale, and the remaining 19 are specialized markets. There are 6,828 trading places in 43 markets. Inventory list: why every residential complex in the capital should have this document 03.09.2025
All elements of the common property of the house, their technical condition, characteristics and accessories are displayed in a single document - the inventory list of an apartment building. Its presence ensures transparency in the management of the Moscow Railways, protects the rights of owners and facilitates the process of maintenance and repair, the official website of the Astana Akimat reports. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", the common property of an apartment building belongs by right of common shared ownership to all owners of apartments and non-residential premises. For its accounting and protection, an inventory list is created, which is the basis for establishing the boundaries and composition of common property. The chairmen of the AXIS and management entities are required to fill out inventory lists at least once a year, or when making changes at the time of capital work and equipment replacement. This list captures all the elements related to common property: walls, roofs, entrances, utility networks, basements, attics, elevator equipment and the surrounding area. This allows owners to clearly understand which facilities they are required to maintain jointly, and also protects against misappropriation of common premises by third parties. If you have an inventory list of an apartment building, it is easier to track the targeted spending of the monthly tariff. This document is also used to make estimates for the maintenance of the house and calculate the monthly contributions of the owners. The more accurate the list is, the more fairly the costs are distributed among the tenants. It also allows you to keep records of the technical condition of each element of the common property. This facilitates the planning of current and major repairs, as well as the modernization of life support systems (heating, water supply, electricity, replacement of elevators and fire protection systems). For local executive authorities, if there is an inventory list of condominium facilities, it becomes easier to control the rules of compliance with the technical operation of buildings. The inventory list is a control tool for akimats, housing inspections and residents themselves. It serves as the basis for inspections of the activities of the AXIS or management company, as well as in the event of disputes between tenants and service organizations. It is worth noting that this is not just a formal document, but a key tool for effective management and protection of owners' rights. It ensures transparency, fair cost allocation, repair planning, and protection from violations. Therefore, the creation and regular updating of inventory is a prerequisite for a long-term and comfortable stay in an apartment building.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/kostanay/press/news/details/1061258?lang=kk

More than 1,000 dangerous electric stoves were found when imported into Kazakhstan 03.09.2025
As a result of the joint work of the Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology in the Abay region with the Department of State Revenues, unsafe household appliances posing a threat to consumers were exported from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.Violations were identified during the import of products for which declarations of conformity were provided for a tabletop electric stove. After conducting laboratory tests of the tabletop electric stove, it was revealed that with a declared nominal power of 3500 W, the actual power was only 1960 W, which is almost 44% below the norm. In addition, experts recorded discrepancies in the parameters of the AC power ports. There was also no information for consumers in the state language.Such deviations not only violate the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 004/2011 "On the safety of low-voltage equipment", but also create real risks for consumers, infringe on their rights. Unstable operation of the device can lead to overheating, failure of internal elements and even fire. This is especially dangerous during long-term operation at maximum load.Based on the results, measures were applied to the conformity assessment documents, the declaration of conformity was suspended, notifications were sent to the supplier and the conformity assessment body that issued the above conformity assessment documents. The importer returned the low-quality electric stove to the manufacturer in the amount of 1002 units, thereby preventing distribution in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/mti/press/news/details/1061126?lang=kk
