In Kazakhstan, work continues on the personalization of the state order for preschool education and training using the voucher financing methodology. Today, the voucher financing system for preschool education is being implemented as part of a pilot project in the cities of Taraz (Zhambyl region), Turkestan, Shymkent, and Uralsk. Since November 20, the city of Uralsk has become one of the pilot cities where voucher financing is being introduced in preschool education and training, which allowed the issuance of 3,177 vouchers.At the moment, all 185 preschool organizations in Uralsk are funded by a voucher mechanism.
