In order to prepare for the 2025-2026 heating season, construction and installation work is underway this year to install a BMK (block - modular boiler house) central boiler house. An extraordinary session of the Mendykara district maslikhat was held on September 24, 2025. On September 24, 2025, the regular session of the Mendykara district maslikhat was held. On the first issue, the deputies heard the report of Akim of Mendykara district G.M. Bekbaev "On the performance of the functions and tasks assigned to him" in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 18, 2006 "On the conduct of reports of akims to maslikhats". The deputies decided to approve the report of akim of Mendykara district.
