The Invisible Front: Seminar and Training for Military Psychologists Held in the National Guard 30.01.2026
A seminar and training session for military psychologists was held in the city of Astana at the base of military unit 5573 of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was aimed at strengthening the psychological resilience of servicemen and preventing stress-related conditions that arise in the course of service.The seminar was conducted within the framework of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan’s program “Psychotherapeutic Support for the Activities of Psychological Services, Law Enforcement Units, and Servicemen.” It was organized pursuant to a memorandum of cooperation between the International Association of Social Psychotherapists, Counselors, and Psychotechnologists and the Main Command of the National Guard.During the seminar, participants thoroughly examined issues related to overcoming psychological crises among servicemen, preventing emotional burnout, restoring internal resources, and coping with stressful situations. They became familiar with modern psychotherapeutic methods and practical exercises based on real service-related scenarios.The seminar and training were conducted by Vladimir Savkin, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor, and international expert, who presented effective approaches to working with specialists of law enforcement and military structures and led practical sessions.Lieutenant Saltanat Adilova, psychologist of military unit 5573, emphasized the importance of psychological training:“Servicemen perform their duties under conditions of high responsibility and constant psycho-emotional stress. Kazakhstan and Romania Aim to Strengthen Cooperation between Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises 30.01.2026

Attempt to Smuggle Prohibited Items into a Penal Institution Prevented in Aktobe 30.01.2026
In the city of Aktobe, servicemen of military unit 6655 of the Batys regional command of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in cooperation with officers of the Criminal Executive System Department, prevented an attempt to deliver prohibited items to the territory of a penal institution.The incident occurred in the inspection area of Institution No. 8 of the Criminal Executive System Department for the Aktobe Region.During the inspection of a parcel using an X-ray scanner, the vigilance, professionalism, and coordinated actions of the inspection group—Sergeant Aizat Kurmashev and specialist dog handler Azat Akhunov—working jointly with CES officers, led to the detection of items prohibited for transfer.The inspection resulted in the seizure of a modem router, a portable speaker, three charging devices, and a flash drive. Al-Kuwait, January 29, 2026 – The Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the State of Kuwait organized a working visit of representatives of the Kazakh company “Eurasia Agro Semey” to the State of Kuwait. A National Guard Officer Administered the Military Oath to His Own Younger Brother 30.01.2026
A truly rare and touching moment took place within the law enforcement forces. At military unit 5546 of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, stationed in Atyrau, Senior Lieutenant Kudiyar Saparbek administered the Military Oath to his own younger brother, recruit Magzhan Saparbek.Such cases are extremely rare for the National Guard, and for the Saparbek family this day became a truly historic one. Both brothers are natives of Shymkent, and their life paths have now converged not only within the family, but also in military service.Senior Lieutenant Saparbek currently serves with honor as a company commander in military unit 5546. His younger brother Magzhan is just beginning his army journey, having taken the most important step — pledging allegiance to the Motherland. For the young soldier, this moment became one of the most significant in his life.“Since childhood, my brother has been an example for me. I saw how he serves and how he treats military duty. Taking the oath before my own brother is a great honor and a great responsibility. World Day of the Turkic Languages Family Celebrated in Mexico City 30.01.2026
