Internet scam becomes more sophisticated every year. Scammers disguise themselves as sellers, buyers, bank employees, and even close people to gain an access to your money or data.Firstly, scam can start with a regular sale ad. A person follows the link, enters his data, and access to the account ends up in the hands of criminals. You may also receive messages from “friends” in messengers – asking to lend them money, participate in a giveaway or take a survey, after which they start writing off your account. To protect yourself, first of all, you should practice digital hygiene. Never give out SMS codes, passwords and card details. Before entering your login or password, be sure to check the website address. Applications should only be downloaded from official sources. And most importantly – do not transfer money if you feel pressured or in a hurry. How to protect yourselfDo not give out SMS codes, PIN codes, CVV from the card and other data to anyone.Check the website address before entering your login and password.Do not follow links from suspicious messages.Install applications only from official stores.Never transfer money under pressure – even if the caller introduces himself as a police officer or a bank employee.Set up SMS alerts for all transactions and check your credit history. What to do if you have become a victimIf you have transferred money or your data, immediately contact the bank and the police. The identity identification process is automated by vspezZONahRK 19.05.2025
The Government for Citizens State Corporation has introduced biometric identification technology for car owners and examinees in the provision of public services in specialized public service centers.Previously, identity identification in special services was carried out directly by employees based on a document provided by the service recipient. Now, during the registration process, a person is photographed, after which the system automatically compares the resulting image with a photo stored in the State Database of Individuals, eliminating the possibility of using a fake image or photo from the screen of a mobile device."We eliminated the human factor, which left a loophole for abuse and made the system of obtaining public services partly opaque. Biometric identification is a direct way to reduce the number of violations and eliminate corruption risks in special centers. This state—of-the-art technology brings us one step closer to creating an absolutely legitimate and open system for the provision of public services," says Arman Kenzhegaliev, Chairman of the Management Board of the State Corporation.Note that if biometric identification is not possible, further provision of the service is blocked by the system.Let us remind you that today public services can be obtained both in PSC centers and on the e-government portal, as well as through the PSC mobile application and applications of second-tier banks.
