In the competition for the best social project until the end of June selection in the regions among non-governmental organizations (NGO), public associations, organizations of persons with disabilities, individuals, other institutions, whose activities are aimed at development of the system of social protection of the population.As of 20 June 2017 to participate in the contest accepted more than 120 applications. Criteria of selecting the best social projects are identified in six areas. The main ones are: rehabilitation activities for persons with disabilities, support for persons in difficult life situations, providing special social services, employment, etc.The juries in the regions will be councillors governors on disability issues, representatives of regional branches of party "Nur-Otan" and National chamber of entrepreneurs, the coordinating Council and other stakeholders. The winners of the regional contests will be presented at the Republican exhibition "the Best social projects implemented in Kazakhstan", which will be held in Astana in September of this year.
