New modern facilities have been introduced in the fields of education, healthcare, culture, sports, and social protection, the press service of the akim of the Zhetisu region reports.So, in the field of education, this year it is planned to open 13 kindergartens for 1,055 places and 1,461 additional places in the Zhetisu region. Since the beginning of the year, 12 kindergartens for 914 places have been opened, 5 mini-centers for 150 places and 594 additional places have been opened. The coverage of preschool education and training for children from 2-6 years old was 94.4%, from 3-6 years old – 98.8%.The first comfortable school in the region for 1200 places in Zharkent, Panfilov district, as well as a school for 120 places in Karatal village, Koksu district, was put into operation.
