In the framework of monitoring decisions on the payment of legal aid identified facts, inconsistencies between actual hours worked by lawyers.For 2016-2017gg. King's College London, one of the world's leading academic institutions which also has international accreditation in forensic science, invited forensic experts from Kazakhstan to part in research relating to criminal cases.Inkar Tazhigulova and Dauren Duberbaev, forensic experts from the Center for Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan who specialize in DNA, together with experts from King's College London conducted expert examinations on identification of persons and research on tissues of deceased and living persons. The tissues were contained in paraffin, which is a complex matter for this type of research.Kazakh experts showed a high level of theoretical and practical training and shared their experience and research methods used in Kazakhstan in the field of similar examinations. British colleagues highly appreciated the level of training of experts in Kazakhstan. Such experience of international cooperation is an indicator of high qualification of Kazakh experts.The Ministry of Justice is currently undertaking reforms of its forensic services. The head of state Nursultan Nazarbayev signed a law amending the intellectual property sphere, Tengrinews.kz reports with reference to the press service of Akorda.As the report said :"The head of state signed the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" On introducing changes and amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improving the legislation in the field of intellectual property "aimed at improving legislation in the field of intellectual property," .As previously reported on the Senate website, the document provides for simplification of the procedure for registration of intellectual property, elimination of legal gaps, as well as the exclusion of norms that create administrative barriers in the field of copyright protection.In addition, instead of compensation for damage in violation of the rights to trademarks, an institution of compensation is introduced.It was proposed to determine the amount of compensation established by the court, which the rightholder is entitled to demand in exchange for compensation for damage in cases of violation of his rights, based on the nature of the violation, the market value of homogeneous goods.Also, the norm on the mandatory publication of applications for trademarks was considered from the moment they were received by the expert organization. According to the Head’s commission the residents of the new perspective micro-region will be more than 2000 Almaty’s family standing in a queue for taking a flat. There are invalids of 1 and 2 groups ,the orphans, children’s without having their parents care, families who are looking after the invalid children, large families, incomplete families, war participants and workers, the teachers and the doctors etc. The cost of a hiring flat with a further purchase costs from 1036 till 1120 tenge for a meter square. The term of hiring flat is for 20 years.“Last year more than 3000 socially weak families of the society took the new flats. In 2017 years 3200Almaty families will take their own flats. The doors of that flats have been opened for the champions of the World’s Universiade. The people who have been standing for a queue have taken “Nurly zher” flats in a clear form. There used the modern , ecologically clean materials.It should be mentioned that the last 8 years for the development of Alatau region was shared 300 milliards tenge. There was formed a complete infrastructure of a new administrative center. The kinder gardens were built ,the schools, the medical centers, the administrative buildings. There have opened a traditional art theatre, a multimedia center of the traditional music, an ice palace ”Almaty Arena” and a new center of the crafts where the citizens and the quests could have an opportunity to get introduced with the standard of living and the traditions of Kazakh nation. Nowadays four contract organizations with 20 brigades are working for the riddance of identified defects on the city's roads. As it has been reported in the department of passenger transport and highways in Almaty, 31.27 km of 12 highways and 23 streets of regional importance have been repaired. 30.75 km of 19 streets are for a medium repair and a competition has been declared.In near future, Baytursynov street’s capital repair will begin from Timiryazev street to Abay Ave. In addition to it, bike path’s arrangement will be organized within the framework of the “Persistent Transport of the Almaty city‘’program planned by the urban bicycle and the pedestrian infrastructure planning.A huge repair is being done on Zhandosov street from Sain street to the Tausamaly village with a length of 2.08 km. The project supplies the enlarging of a roadway to 4 lanes, the bridge reconstruction across the river "Kargaly", the arrangement of bicycle paths for 2 km and sidewalks for 4 km.It should be mentioned that this year it is also planned to build 14.7 km of irrigation networks for 574 millions tenge and a reconstruction of irrigation networks in 57 streets for 42.2 km. Today the construction of concrete structures with a total length of 7.7 km has been completed on the channel of the Kargaly river.
