Kazakhstan is participating for the first time in the Malaysia International Halal Showcase (MIHAS), considered the world's largest specialized platform for promoting halal products and services. Of this, 477 billion 600 million tenge (58%) is allocated to the social sphere.The development budget increased from 62 billion tenge in 2022 to 214 billion tenge (3.5 times). These funds are aimed at addressing the region's most pressing issues, improving the quality of life, and implementing large-scale infrastructure projects.Today, the region has a favorable investment climate, and major projects are underway. While this year's planned investment target was over 631 billion 400 million tenge, the launch of new projects will exceed this target to 716 billion tenge. Currently, 408 billion 200 million tenge of investment has been attracted. This year, 27 projects worth 302 billion 500 million tenge will be launched. Emergency Meeting on Child Road Safety 13.10.2025
Today, Kyzylorda Region Akim Nurlybek Nalibayev held an emergency meeting on child road safety. Representatives of law enforcement agencies, heads of regional departments and agencies, and city and district akims participated.The regional Akim sharply criticized the accident involving a private kindergarten vehicle due to inadequate coordination between the heads of the responsible departments and ordered appropriate action.«I have previously issued multiple instructions to city and district akims, the police department, and the education department regarding transportation at private and public kindergartens and schools, as well as child road safety. Since the beginning of the year, approximately 800 administrative violations have been identified. Appropriate measures have been taken against drivers who violated transportation regulations. In particular, when planning the development (amendments, revisions) of interstate standards, it is now possible to take into account the results of the mandatory periodic assessment of the scientific and technical level of the technical regulations of the EAEU that have entered into force and the lists of standards for them.The changes are also aimed at eliminating cases of duplication of GOST development in programs for the development of interstate standards for technical regulations of the EAEU.The changes will come into force 30 calendar days after publication.The EEC Council adopted amendments to the technical regulations for perfumery and cosmetic productsThe requirements for the composition of perfumery and cosmetic products have been clarified in terms of updating the lists of substances prohibited for use in such products, permitted for use taking into account the established restrictions, permitted dyes, preservatives and UV filters.The amendments will come into force 12 months after their official publication.A transition period is provided until January 1, 2027 for the standards related to formaldehyde:Currently, the labeling "contains formaldehyde" is required if its theoretical concentration exceeds 0.05%.From 2027, this threshold will be reduced to 0.001%. The words "contains formaldehyde" will need to be applied to the labeling if the theoretical concentration of formaldehyde exceeds 0.001%.Amendments to the technical regulations for light industry products have been adoptedThe document brings the schemes and procedures for certification and declaration of conformity into line with the standard schemes approved by Decision of the Council of the Commission No. 44, taking into account the practice of applying the said technical regulations. Products are supplied to Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Belarus and Russia. The company also operates the Pioneer confectionery factory, which produces confectionery products supplied both to Kazakhstan and to Mongolia and China. More than 400 entrepreneurs in the trade sector received state support as part of the implementation of measures to develop domestic trade. The Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan is systematically working to create favorable conditions for the modernization of trade infrastructure and increasing the competitiveness of small and medium businesses.Since the beginning of this year, 418 projects have been signed under the subsidy instrument for a total of 57.5 billion tenge in loans. The total amount of subsidies paid amounted to 2,788 million tenge. Along with this, 103 guarantees for loans of 8 billion tenge were signed under the guarantee instrument with the amount of state guarantees of 3.6 billion tenge.Particular attention is paid to the development of trade infrastructure in the regions. In the East Kazakhstan region, 21 projects worth about 7 billion tenge in the sphere of domestic trade are currently being implemented with state support.As part of the Roadmap for Market Modernization, it is planned to complete the renovation of three trade markets, Zarya, Zarechny, and Tsentralny, in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk in 2025. Two of these markets, Zarya and Zarechny, received state support from the Ministry of Trade and Integration.During a working visit to the region, Deputy Chairman of the Trade Committee Yernur Zhautikbayev familiarized himself with the progress of the projects and inspected the trade facilities, where he noted the positive dynamics of the modernization of retail space.The Zarya market, commissioned in 2002, is a universal retail market with a predominance of food products in the assortment. In 2024, two new one-story pavilions with central communications were built here. Thanks to state support, the market continues to develop: in 2025, a parking area was equipped, and two more pavilions are under construction. A complete modernization of the facility is planned before the end of this year.The Zarechny Market, which has been operating since 1999, is also undergoing a large-scale renovation. Its territory includes 5 indoor buildings and several shopping arcades. Since last year, construction of a permanent retail facility has been underway, with completion scheduled for September 2025. Work on laying utility lines and interior finishing is actively ongoing. One-click Ambulance: Digital technologies increase transparency of Kostanay's emergency services 11.09.2025

This solution was implemented by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the Akimat of Kostanay region and in cooperation with Yandex Qazaqstan. It will be possible to observe the movement of the brigade on the map in the browser. The solution should significantly reduce the burden on dispatchers. This was stated by the Head of Yandex Qazaqstan Timur Shalekenov during a meeting with Akim of Kostanay region Kumar Aksakalov and Vice Minister of Digital Development Dmitry Moon at the QostanAI Investment Forum. It will be possible to monitor the movement of the ambulance team on the map in the browser, and in the future — in the Yandex Go application. In particular, the laboratory failed to conduct actual testing of emergency call systems and was proven to have used an inapplicable brake stand for testing a specific vehicle.The laboratory is required to operate within the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and comply with the requirements of regulatory documents for which it has been accredited. A large-scale environmental campaign was held in the Kostanay region to coincide with the international initiative "World Cleanup Day." The consumer refused to hand over his old vacuum cleaner, but payment for the new product was made on credit through the bank.Subsequently, the consumer refuses to receive the goods and demands a refund.
