Since the previous year, efforts have been ongoing to reinforce the protective dam along the Syrdarya river from Beibarys Sultan Street to Abulkhair Khan Street, as well as to renovate 6.7 kilometers of the avenue. UAD LLP is overseeing the project, which has a budget of KZT 6 billion 656 million. So far, the construction of the road base and asphalt surfacing for a 1.2 km stretch has been finalized. Additionally, the Syrdarya riverbank has been cleared, a dam approximately 2.6 km long has been reinforced, and a wall measuring 1.4 km and a coastline of 820 meters have been constructed.
