In January, the activity of employers and job seekers on the Electronic Labor Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the ELE) was mixed: if the number of vacancies decreased by 5.2% compared to December of last year, amounting to 98.9 thousand units, then the number of resumes increased by 2.5 times, i.e. to 191.9 thousand units.The largest number of vacancies was posted by enterprises in the field of education (36.8 thousand), other types of services (11.5 thousand) and healthcare (11.1 thousand).At the same time, the demand for highly qualified personnel increased sharply in January - employers posted 16 thousand vacancies (+70%) more than in December. The demand for labor of unskilled workers has decreased more than twice, from 45.7 thousand to 18.8 thousand vacancies.At the same time, on the supply side, the increase in the number of resumes is shown by all skill groups, and unskilled workers posted 60.4 thousand resumes (+338%) more than in December.A positive balance of vacancies is observed in 11 regions compared to December. The largest increase in demand for workers was recorded in the city of Shymkent (by 2.6 thousand vacancies or +86%), Akmola (by 1.5 thousand or +50%) and West Kazakhstan (by 1.5 thousand or +46%) regions. The medical record required for employment has become available on the HR Enbek labor resource portal in the “Employee's Personal File” service. The document is available for citizens in the “Personal Medical Records” section, as well as for employers upon request, with the consent of employees.From January 1, 2025, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan has introduced an electronic format for personal medical records (sanitary records).The electronic system covers 15 categories of employees, including public catering, pharmacy, sanatorium workers, as well as service sector workers and medical personnel.
