"The safety of the population in settlements remote from regional and district centers is extremely important. In this regard, yesterday, the Minister of Emergency Situations Shyngys Sayranuly commissioned fire stations built under the 'Rural Rescuers' program in the Kamystybas and Zhankozha Batyr rural districts of the Aral and Kazaly districts.Today, we are officially launching the fire station built under this program in Karaultobe. Furthermore, we have provided 11 modern firefighting and specially equipped passenger vehicles for the service personnel in the city of Kyzylorda and the Kazaly and Shiely districts. In the region, from 2023 to 2025, over 2 billion tenge was allocated to purchase 17 units of firefighting equipment, 4 specially equipped passenger vehicles, 90 digital radio communication systems, and more than 50 units of special equipment. This year, it is planned to purchase 20 fire trucks for 2.8 billion tenge. The new equipment will be delivered soon. The meeting discussed issues related to the construction of a calcined soda production plant in the Aral district.The head of the region noted that "Araltuz" is one of the leading enterprises in the domestic salt mining industry and emphasized the importance of the project for the regional economy.During a working trip to the Kyzylorda region in 2019, the Head of State instructed to take specific measures for the construction of a calcined soda plant in the Aral city. Today, this project is being implemented by the "Aral Soda" partnership within the framework of the Unified Industrialization Map. The production site will produce 330 thousand tons of calcined soda per year, and its launch will create 699 new jobs. Currently, the financing procedure is underway through JSC "Industrial Development Fund". On March 20 of this year, the necessary documents for the first stage of financing were submitted, and the project was approved. In January, following a tender to determine the contractor for the plant's construction, the Chinese company China Tianchen Engineering Corporation was declared the winner. It contains 66% of vanadium reserves, 16% of zinc, 11% of lead, and about 15% of uranium in Kazakhstan.Special attention at the meeting was paid to the project for the development of the polymetallic deposit of JSC "Shalkiya Zinc".
