На очередном заседании штаба по обеспечению экономического роста под председательством заместителя Премьер-министра – министра национальной экономики Серика Жумангарина рассмотрены прогнозы итогов 2025 г. и подходы к поддержанию экономического роста в 2026 г.В обрабатывающей промышленности по итогам 11 месяцев ИФО составил 105,9%, по итогам года ожидается рост на уровне 6%.Прогноз динамики ключевых отраслей обработки по итогам 2025:металлургия (40% в структуре обработки): рост 1,1%, машиностроение (17,5%) – рост 12%, пищевая промышленность (13,1%): рост 9%.производство стройматериалов (5,6%): рост 6%химическая промышленность (5,4%): рост 6%легкая промышленность (0,7%): рост 5%На заседании штаба особое внимание уделили прогнозам дальнейшего развития обрабатывающей промышленности как одного из ключевых драйверов экономического роста. Рассмотрены перспективы развития цветной и черной металлургии, реализация проектов, финансируемых по линии холдинга «Байтерек», состояние инфраструктуры в регионах и другие факторы, влияющие на устойчивость роста отрасли.С учетом необходимости более эффективного использования ресурсного и инфраструктурного потенциала регионов заместитель Премьер-министра поручил подготовить Дорожную карту по обеспечению темпов роста в отраслях обрабатывающей промышленности в 2026 году с фокусом на необходимые меры, критически важные для экономического роста, а также меры поддержки легкой промышленности и производства строительных материалов.В торговле при росте ИФО в 8,8% за 11 месяцев по итогам года ожидается 8,9%. Почти 72% совокупного вклада в рост торговли обеспечивают пять регионов: Алматы – 24,6 трлн тенге (торговля автомобилями, машинами и оборудованием, фармацевтическая продукция, шоколад);Астана – 10,9 трлн тенге (реализация природного газа, дизельного топлива, авиационного бензина и керосина, мяса и молочной продукции);Атырауская область – 6,7 трлн тенге (нефтепродукты, машины и оборудование);Карагандинская область – 4,5 трлн тенге (фармацевтические товары, машины и оборудование, косметическая продукция);Шымкент – 3,6 трлн тенге (фармацевтическая продукция, ГСМ, продукция АПК).В структуре розничной торговли, где задействовано порядка 760 тыс. субъектов бизнеса, товарооборот индивидуальных предпринимателей вырос на 10% и достиг 8,2 трлн тенге. По оперативным данным, объем онлайн-продаж за 11 месяцев составил 3,3 трлн тенге, что на 14,4% больше по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года.Сельское хозяйство демонстрирует устойчивый рост по всем направлениям. По итогам 11 месяцев ИФО составил 106,1%, по итогам года ожидается рост на уровне 5%, что превышает плановый показатель на 3%.Рост выше среднереспубликанского уровня зафиксирован в Акмолинской (115,7%), Костанайской (115,4%), Северо-Казахстанской (110,5%), Павлодарской (108,2%), Атырауской областях (107,4%).На фоне стабильно высоких урожаев традиционных культур более выраженными точками роста в текущем году стали высокомаржинальные масличные и бобовые культуры. Получен рекордный урожай бобовых – свыше 1,1 млн тонн. Впервые объем производства масличных культур достиг 4,7 млн тонн. Ключевым достижением года стал сбор рекордного урожая зерновых второй год подряд – порядка 27 млн тонн.
